【摘要】：幽門螺桿菌(H.pylori)感染仍然是一種感染率高、傳播范圍廣、與很多疾病相關的細菌感染,最新的京都共識更是首次將H.pylori感染胃炎定義為傳染性疾病。本文從傳染性疾病的角度探討了H.pylori感染的防治策略,并認為綜合多方面因素考慮,對H.pylori感染采取整合醫(yī)學模式指導下的防治結合、重視預防、中西醫(yī)并用的治療策略,更加合理有效。
[Abstract]:Helicobacter pylori infection is still a bacterial infection with a high rate of infection, a wide spread, and many diseases related to it. The latest Kyoto consensus defines H.pylori infection gastritis as an infectious disease for the first time. This paper discusses the prevention and treatment strategy of H.pylori infection from the point of view of infectious diseases, and considers that there are many factors. It is more reasonable and effective to adopt the combination of prevention and treatment of H.pylori infection under the guidance of integrated medical model, pay attention to prevention, and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine.
