【摘要】：目的探討MRI非對稱回波三點法水脂分離-定量測定(IDEAL-IQ)技術(shù)對非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)定量診斷及分度的應(yīng)用價值。方法將超聲(US)檢查診斷的68例NAFLD患者及50例對照者分別行3.0 T MRI IDEAL-IQ技術(shù)定量檢查,測定肝臟脂肪含量,再將其分為輕度、中度、重度NAFLD組及對照組。分析US與IDEALIQ技術(shù)對NAFLD診斷及分度的一致性。結(jié)果 US診斷NAFLD患者68例(輕度36例、中度26例、重度6例),對照者50例;MRI IDEAL-IQ技術(shù)診斷NAFLD患者67例(輕度34例、中度30例、重度3例),對照者51例。二者對NAFLD的診斷及分度具有一致性(Kappa值=0.76,P0.05)。結(jié)論 MRI IDEAL-IQ技術(shù)對NAFLD的診斷及分度與US一致,能為NAFLD提供定量影像學(xué)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the MRI asymmetric echo point method for determination of three water fat separation - quantitative (IDEAL-IQ) technology on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) application value of the quantitative diagnosis and indexing. Methods ultrasound (US) examination in the diagnosis of 68 cases of NAFLD patients and 50 controls were 3 T MRI quantitative IDEAL-IQ Technology examination. The determination of liver fat content, can be divided into mild, moderate and severe NAFLD group and control group. The consistency analysis of US and IDEALIQ technology of NAFLD in diagnosing and grading. Results 68 cases of US NAFLD patients (36 mild cases, 26 moderate cases and 6 severe cases), 50 cases of control group; 67 cases of MRI IDEAL-IQ in the diagnosis of patients with NAFLD (34 mild cases, 30 moderate cases and 3 severe cases) and 51 controls. Two diagnosis and the degree of NAFLD is consistent (Kappa = =0.76, P0.05). Conclusion MRI IDEAL-IQ NAFLD on diagnosis and grading and US, can provide quantitative imaging means for NAFLD Standard.
