溫度對血清熒光產(chǎn)生效率的影響

【摘要】:從實(shí)驗(yàn)的角度探討了熒光產(chǎn)生效率與溫度的依賴關(guān)系,實(shí)驗(yàn)中用不同波長激發(fā)光在不同溫度下激發(fā)血清,研究了血清熒光強(qiáng)度隨溫度的變化規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)溫度在28~33℃范圍內(nèi)變化時(shí),激發(fā)的血清熒光強(qiáng)度隨著溫度的增加熒光強(qiáng)度減小。當(dāng)溫度在35~41℃范圍內(nèi)變化時(shí),熒光強(qiáng)度隨溫度增加不再是線性減小,而是出現(xiàn)跳躍式變化。當(dāng)用320~350nm激發(fā)光激發(fā)血清時(shí),隨著溫度的增加熒光強(qiáng)度接近線性減小。當(dāng)用其它波長的光激發(fā)血清時(shí),熒光強(qiáng)度并不隨溫度線性地減小,研究為探測血清熒光光譜時(shí)樣品的溫度選擇提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。

In the experiment, different wavelengths of excitation light were used to excite the serum at different temperatures, and the variation of serum fluorescence intensity with temperature was studied.
