飛秒激光與機(jī)械板層刀制瓣LASIK對眼表影響的研究現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:準(zhǔn)分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術(shù)(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)除了影響角膜神k經(jīng)營養(yǎng)性作用外,同時還引起眼表的改變,干眼是LASIK后最常見的并發(fā)癥之一。采用飛k秒激光代替機(jī)械板層刀制作角膜瓣是LASIK近年來的重大革新。本文就不同制瓣方法kLASIK對眼表的影響進(jìn)行綜述,對指導(dǎo)臨床醫(yī)師選擇適合患者的LASIK術(shù)式有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (laser in situ keratomileusissis LASIK) not only affects the management and nourishment of cornea, but also causes the change of ocular surface. Dry eye is one of the most common complications after LASIK. It is an important innovation of LASIK in recent years to replace the mechanical lamellar knife with a flying k-second laser instead of a mechanical lamellar knife. In this paper, the influence of different flap making methods on ocular surface is reviewed, which is of significance for guiding clinicians to select suitable LASIK operation methods for patients.
