【摘要】：由于艾滋病(AIDS)確證檢測(cè)報(bào)告單意義重大,所以報(bào)告單的錄入工作要求苛刻,不能出現(xiàn)任何差錯(cuò)。這會(huì)給實(shí)驗(yàn)室人員造成很大的工作壓力,當(dāng)樣本量多時(shí),極容易出錯(cuò)。利用Excel軟件VLOOKUP函數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)報(bào)告單的自動(dòng)填充,能很好地解決這些問(wèn)題。1設(shè)計(jì)方案1.1建立信息錄入表在sheet1中建立一個(gè)報(bào)告單信息錄入表,其格式見(jiàn)圖1。表格中每列的標(biāo)題依次為序號(hào)、編號(hào)、姓名、條帶號(hào)、性別、身份證號(hào)、電話
