【摘要】：目的了解安徽省蕪湖城區(qū)0~24月齡嬰幼兒過(guò)敏性疾病既往發(fā)病情況,探討嬰幼兒過(guò)敏性疾病的危險(xiǎn)因素,為今后嬰幼兒過(guò)敏性疾病的防治工作及發(fā)病機(jī)制的深入研究提供理論參考。方法采取整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法對(duì)600名安徽省蕪湖市城區(qū)0~24月齡嬰幼兒母親進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,詢問(wèn)疾病史、家族史、孕期及育兒等情況,運(yùn)用單因素和多因素logistic回歸分析方法對(duì)資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果在納入分析的597名嬰幼兒中,既往被確診為過(guò)敏性疾病者共56例(9.4%)。單因素分析顯示,月齡、解熱鎮(zhèn)痛藥物使用、父親過(guò)敏史、直系祖輩親屬過(guò)敏史和孕期母親魚(yú)蝦蟹貝類食用5項(xiàng)因素與既往罹患過(guò)敏性疾病相關(guān)聯(lián)(P0.05)。多因素回歸分析顯示,月齡、父親過(guò)敏史、直系祖輩親屬過(guò)敏史與既往罹患過(guò)敏性疾病存在正關(guān)聯(lián)(OR依次為:4.0~4.9、2.7、2.4,均P0.05),而母親孕期經(jīng)常食用魚(yú)蝦蟹貝類與既往罹患過(guò)敏性疾病存在負(fù)關(guān)聯(lián)(OR=0.3,P0.05)。結(jié)論過(guò)敏家族史是安徽省蕪湖城區(qū)0~24月齡嬰幼兒過(guò)敏性疾病發(fā)生的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素,而母親孕期經(jīng)常食用魚(yú)蝦蟹貝類是其保護(hù)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the past incidence of allergic diseases in infants aged 0 ~ 24 months in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, and to explore the risk factors of allergic diseases in infants and young children, so as to provide theoretical reference for further study on the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases in infants and young children in the future. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 mothers of 0 ~ 24 months old in Wuhu City, Anhui Province. The history of disease, family history, pregnancy and child rearing were investigated by cluster random sampling. The data were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results of the 597 infants included in the analysis, 56 (9.4%) had previously been diagnosed as allergic diseases. Univariate analysis showed that age, use of antipyretic and analgesic drugs, history of father allergy, allergic history of immediate ancestral relatives and consumption of fish, shrimp, crab and shellfish during pregnancy were associated with allergic diseases in the past (P 0.05).
