【摘要】：目的探討手足口病病毒抗體噴劑對小兒手足口病的療效。方法選取258例輕型小兒手足口病患兒,按治療方法差異分為研究組(129例)和對照組(129例)。兩組患兒均予以安慰劑治療及退熱等對癥治療,研究組在此基礎上再給予手足口病病毒抗體噴劑直接噴口腔皰疹、潰瘍,外噴皮疹,觀察和記錄兩組的癥狀改善情況及療效。結果研究組體溫恢復正常、進食改善至正常、口腔皰疹愈合、手足皮疹消退、白細胞恢復正常時間均明顯短于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。研究組的臨床總有效率為94.5%,明顯高于對照組的79.8%,且研究組不良反應發(fā)生率為0,明顯低于對照組6.8%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論手足口病病毒抗體噴劑治療輕型小兒手足口病,有利于改善癥狀,加速口腔皰疹潰瘍愈合、皮疹消退,縮短病程,療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of hand, foot and mouth disease virus antibody spray in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in children. Methods 258 children with mild HFMD were divided into study group (129 cases) and control group (129 cases) according to the difference of treatment methods. Both groups were treated with placebo and antipyretic therapy. On this basis, the study group was given hand, foot and mouth disease virus antibody spray directly spray oral herpes, ulcer, external spray rash, observe and record the symptom improvement and curative effect of the two groups. Results the body temperature of the study group returned to normal, eating improved to normal, oral herpes healed, hand and foot rash disappeared, leukocyte recovery time was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 94.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.8%), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 0, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (6.8%) (P 0.05). Conclusion hand, foot and mouth disease virus antibody spray in the treatment of mild hand, foot and mouth disease is beneficial to improve the symptoms, accelerate the healing of oral herpes ulcer, rash regression, shorten the course of disease, the curative effect is remarkable.
