【摘要】：目的了解新生兒重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房(NICU)醫(yī)院感染的發(fā)生情況,研究及分析感染相關(guān)因素,評(píng)價(jià)NICU醫(yī)院感染目標(biāo)性監(jiān)測(cè),探討有效的預(yù)防和控制措施。方法選取2013年8月-2015年4月醫(yī)院2 031例重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房新生兒為研究對(duì)象;對(duì)新生兒重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房醫(yī)院感染檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,觀察新生兒醫(yī)院感染部位構(gòu)成比、不同體質(zhì)量組別醫(yī)院感染率、呼吸機(jī)、中央導(dǎo)管使用率和相關(guān)感染率。結(jié)果醫(yī)院感染部位以下呼吸道為主,占40.00%,2 031例監(jiān)測(cè)新生兒中,發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染80例,感染率3.93%;新生兒出生體質(zhì)量與醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生存在線性趨勢(shì),出生體質(zhì)量越輕,感染率越高,其中≤1 000g患兒感染率為36.84%,1001~1500g感染率為11.74%,1501~2000g感染率為3.68%,2500g感染率為0.65%;呼吸機(jī)使用率為17.30%。呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)性肺炎為2.59%,中央導(dǎo)管使用率為9.58%,相關(guān)血流感染為2.96%,新生兒出生體質(zhì)量與各器械使用率發(fā)生存在線性趨勢(shì),出生體質(zhì)量越輕,使用率越高,呼吸機(jī)使用率中,≤1000g使用率為34.78%,1001~1500g使用率為22.27%,1501~2000g使用率為15.20%,2500g使用率為14.56%。中央導(dǎo)管使用率中,≤1000g使用率為70.65%,1001~1500g使用率為21.34%,1501~2000g使用率為4.88%,2500g使用率為0.54%。結(jié)論對(duì)新生兒重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,能夠掌握新生兒醫(yī)院感染的情況以及感染原因,采取相應(yīng)的措施后能夠減少醫(yī)院感染率的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the occurrence of (NICU) hospital infection in neonatal intensive care unit (ICU), to study and analyze the related factors of infection, to evaluate the target surveillance of NICU hospital infection, and to explore effective prevention and control measures. Methods from August 2013 to April 2015, 2031 neonates in intensive care unit (ICU) were selected as the subjects, and the results of hospital infection in neonatal intensive care unit (ICU) were analyzed, and the proportion of hospital infection sites, hospital infection rate, ventilator, central catheter utilization rate and related infection rate in different body mass groups were observed. Results the lower respiratory tract was the main site of hospital infection, accounting for 40.00%.
