【摘要】：目的：探討外用重組人粒細胞巨噬細胞集落刺激因子(Granulocyte/Macrophage Colony-stimulating Factor，rhGM-CSF)及外用重組牛堿性成纖維細胞生長因子（Recombinant Bovine Basic FibroblastGrowth Factor，rb-bFGF）治療兒童淺Ⅱ度燒傷創(chuàng)面的有效性及安全性。 方法：將2012年6月-2012年11月住院的淺Ⅱ度燒傷患兒45例按照抽簽法隨機分為3組，治療組分別為rhGM-CSF組20例、rb-bFGF組20例，對照組生理鹽水組5例；rhGM-CSF組予0.5μg/cm2直接涂在創(chuàng)面上，，rb-bFGF組應用0.03ml/cm2直接均勻噴于創(chuàng)面，生理鹽水組應用0.03ml/cm2直接均勻噴于創(chuàng)面，比較治療組與對照組創(chuàng)面愈合時間，同時監(jiān)測血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)及肝腎功等相關指標，檢測創(chuàng)面細菌培養(yǎng)。 結果：治療組rhGM-CSF創(chuàng)面愈合時間（8.619±0.944）d，rb-bFGF組（10.766±1.369）d,兩組較生理鹽水對照組（13.850±0.398）d明顯縮短，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05）；rhGM-CSF創(chuàng)面愈合時間（8.619±0.944）d較rb-bFGF組（10.766±1.369）d縮短，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。用藥期間患兒血常規(guī)及肝腎功等相關指標未見明顯異常，與藥物使用前相比，P＞0.05，差異無統(tǒng)計學意義，且在治療過程中，患兒無明顯不良反應。 結論：rhGM-CSF及rb-bFGF治療淺Ⅱ度燒傷與生理鹽水相比較能有效縮短愈合時間、加快愈合速度；rhGM-CSF在加快創(chuàng)面愈合速度上較rb-bFGF更為明顯。在治療過程中患兒無明顯不良反應，在兒童淺度燒傷創(chuàng)面的治療應用中具有安全性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (Granulocyte/Macrophage Colony-stimulating Factor,rhGM-CSF) and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (Recombinant Bovine Basic FibroblastGrowth Factor,rb-bFGF) in the treatment of superficial second degree burn wounds in children. Methods: from June 2012 to November 2012, 45 children with superficial second degree burn were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group (n = 20), rb-bFGF group (n = 20) and control group (n = 5).
