西藏古建筑中裝飾織物的燃燒特性研究

【摘要】:利用不同火源對20種西藏古建筑中典型裝飾織物和4種純滌、純棉和滌棉織物進行了燃燒試驗,研究了其燃燒行為;利用極限氧指數(shù)(limiting oxygen index,LOI)和垂直燃燒(vertical burning,VB)方法對這20種織物的燃燒性能進行了測試,判定了燃燒級別,分析了材質(zhì)的影響,并對4種純滌、純棉和滌棉織物分別在拉薩和合肥同期進行了LOI和VB對比測試,探討西藏高原環(huán)境對裝飾織物燃燒性能的影響;利用錐形量熱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化測試研究了部分代表性織物的對火反應(yīng)特性,分析了材質(zhì)、厚度等織物屬性的影響.結(jié)果表明,西藏古建筑內(nèi)大部分裝飾織物為易燃可燃物(LOI≤20),材質(zhì)以絲質(zhì)天然纖維和纖維素
[Abstract]:The combustion behavior of 20 typical decorative fabrics and 4 pure polyester, pure cotton and polyester cotton fabrics in 20 kinds of ancient buildings in Tibet were studied by using different fire sources. The combustion properties of the 20 fabrics were tested by (limiting oxygen index loi and vertical burning VB, the combustion grade was determined, the influence of the material was analyzed, and four kinds of pure polyester were studied. The LOI and VB tests of pure cotton and polyester cotton fabrics were carried out in Lhasa and Hefei at the same time, respectively, to explore the effect of environment on the burning properties of decorative fabrics in Tibet Plateau. The fire response of some representative fabrics was studied by means of conical calorimetry, and the effects of material and thickness on the properties of fabrics were analyzed.
