柔性裝飾薄木制造工藝及應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著世界人口的增加和經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,人類對(duì)木材和木制品的需求量不斷增加,導(dǎo)致天然森林資源日益減少。利用現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù),對(duì)人工速生材進(jìn)行深度加工,研制新型薄木裝飾材料受到了世界各國(guó)的高度重視。重組裝飾材刨切薄木適應(yīng)了這一發(fā)展方向,它具有木質(zhì)材料的一切優(yōu)良性能,而且克服了天然木材的自身缺陷以及色澤紋理和規(guī)格尺寸的限制,滿足了人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L(zhǎng)的個(gè)性化的需求,使人造薄木的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。 本文所研究的柔性裝飾薄木屬于新型薄木裝飾材料的一種,它是將人造薄木與柔性增強(qiáng)材料復(fù)合后制成的一種可撓曲、柔韌性好的裝飾薄木。本研究以紙張、非織造布、紡織品和紙塑復(fù)合薄膜作為柔性增強(qiáng)材料與人造薄木進(jìn)行復(fù)合,再測(cè)試復(fù)合薄木的性能,以確定適用的柔性增強(qiáng)材料和較優(yōu)的復(fù)合工藝條件。 研究結(jié)果表明: 1、薄木與浸漬法施加熱熔膠的40g/m~2非織造布、紡織品及紙塑復(fù)合薄膜制成的柔性裝飾薄木柔韌性好,加工方便,可大力推廣。 2.薄木與柔性增強(qiáng)材料復(fù)合后,作為一種新型的裝飾材料,在強(qiáng)度上較薄木本身有了較大變化,特別是在橫向,克服了薄木本身抗拉強(qiáng)度低,易開裂,不容易運(yùn)輸和保存的缺陷。 3.選擇紙基作為柔性增強(qiáng)材料時(shí),膠粘劑的配比為PVAc:UF=8:2時(shí)較為合適,其制作的柔性裝飾薄木樣品較其他配比的質(zhì)量要好。 4.對(duì)皮紙而言較優(yōu)的工藝條件為:單位壓力為0.7MPa、熱壓溫度為110℃、加壓時(shí)間為2min、涂膠量為60g/m~2。皮紙可作為柔性增強(qiáng)材料,但柔軟性不是十分理想。 5.用非織造布、紡織品制作復(fù)合薄木的最優(yōu)復(fù)合工藝為溫度壓力0.9MPa、160℃、時(shí)間3分鐘。 6.紙塑復(fù)合薄木制作復(fù)合薄木的最優(yōu)復(fù)合工藝為溫度壓力0.9MPa 150℃、時(shí)間3分鐘。
[Abstract]:With the increase of world population and the rapid development of economy, the demand for wood and wood products is increasing, which leads to the decrease of natural forest resources. By using modern science and technology, the advanced processing of fast growing artificial wood and the development of new thin wood decoration materials have been attached great importance to all over the world. The reconstituted decorative wood planed thin wood adapts to this direction of development. It has all the excellent properties of the wood material, and overcomes the limitations of the natural wood itself and the color, texture and size of the wood. It meets the increasing demand of individuation and makes the application of artificial thin wood more and more extensive. The flexible decorative wood studied in this paper belongs to a new type of thin wood decoration material. It is a kind of flexible and flexible decorative thin wood which is made of artificial thin wood and flexible reinforcement material. In this study, paper, nonwovens, textiles and paper plastic composite films were used as flexible reinforcements to compound with artificial thin wood, and the properties of composite thin wood were tested to determine the suitable flexible reinforcement materials and better composite process conditions. The results show that: 1. The flexible decorative wood made of thin wood and hot-melt adhesive 40g/m~2 nonwovens, textiles and paper / plastic composite films is flexible and flexible.
