【摘要】：[目的 ]建立涂料急性吸入毒性檢測(cè)方法和評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ,探討影響室內(nèi)裝潢涂料毒性的有關(guān)因素 ,為室內(nèi)裝潢涂料安全衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量的管理提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。[方法 ]通過(guò) 44種室內(nèi)裝潢涂料急性吸入毒性和總揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物 (TVOC)含量的測(cè)試 ,驗(yàn)證上述測(cè)試及評(píng)價(jià)方法的科學(xué)性和可行性。[結(jié)果 ]檢測(cè)了 6大類(lèi) 44種涂料 ,其中乳膠漆等水性涂料急性吸入毒性和呼吸道刺激性均為 0級(jí) ;溶劑型涂料急性吸入毒性大多在Ⅱ至Ⅲ級(jí) ,個(gè)別達(dá)到Ⅳ級(jí) ,并引起實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物呼吸道和肺組織Ⅰ～Ⅱ級(jí)損傷。涂料的急性吸入毒性和呼吸道刺激性與TVOC含量具有明顯的相關(guān)。[結(jié)論 ]室內(nèi)裝潢涂料的毒性 :溶劑型涂料大于水性涂料 ,且毒性大小與涂料
[Abstract]:[objective] to establish the test method and evaluation standard of acute inhalation toxicity of coatings, to explore the factors affecting the toxicity of interior coatings, and to provide technical basis for the management of safety and hygiene quality of interior coatings. [methods] the results of acute inhalation toxicity and total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) content of 44 interior decoration coatings were used to verify the scientific and feasibility of the above test and evaluation methods.
