裝飾罩對(duì)散熱器傳熱性能影響數(shù)值模擬及實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】: 散熱器加裝裝飾罩是一種比較典型的作法,而加裝裝飾罩對(duì)散熱器散熱量的影響很大,裝飾罩結(jié)構(gòu)形式及尺寸是影響散熱器散熱量和室內(nèi)空氣流動(dòng)分布的關(guān)鍵因素。本文以四柱散熱器的外罩為研究對(duì)象,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試及數(shù)值模擬研究不同罩體形式對(duì)散熱器散熱量的影響。 本文主要工作如下: 本文對(duì)散熱器傳熱過程、傳熱模型及裝飾罩對(duì)散熱器傳熱性能的影響進(jìn)行了理論分析,確定了安裝裝飾罩下散熱器傳熱物理及數(shù)學(xué)模型。應(yīng)用FLUENT軟件對(duì)散熱器在明裝及安裝四種常見裝飾罩下供暖房間的溫度場(chǎng)和速度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,計(jì)算出散熱器的散熱量。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:模擬計(jì)算的四種裝飾罩中,百葉窗式裝飾罩Ⅱ?qū)ι崞魃崃康挠绊懽钚?隔柵型裝飾罩對(duì)散熱器散熱量的影響最大,兩種情況下散熱器散熱量相差近15%。 實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試了四種裝飾罩對(duì)散熱器散熱量的影響。設(shè)計(jì)了四種常見的裝飾罩,利用散熱器熱工性能實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試了不同裝飾罩下散熱器散熱量。利用實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)擬合得到了明裝及安裝四種常見裝飾罩下散熱器散熱量的計(jì)算公式,并繪制出散熱器散熱性能曲線。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:測(cè)試工況下,百葉窗裝飾罩Ⅱ下散熱器性能曲線偏離明裝性能曲線程度最小,對(duì)散熱量的影響也最小,而隔柵型裝飾罩對(duì)散熱量的影響最大,直接驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。 分析了裝飾罩結(jié)構(gòu)形式及參數(shù)對(duì)散熱器散熱量的影響。百葉窗式裝飾罩葉片與豎直方向傾斜角度為45°時(shí),對(duì)散熱器散熱量的影響最小。重點(diǎn)分析了罩體上部開孔率對(duì)散熱器散熱量的影響,分析表明罩體上部開孔率應(yīng)保持在75%左右更有利于散熱器散熱。探討了在散熱器供暖房間散熱器裝飾罩設(shè)計(jì)制作中有待改進(jìn)的方面,為室內(nèi)供暖設(shè)計(jì)提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:It is a typical method to add decorative cover to radiator, and it has a great influence on heat dissipation of radiator. The structure and size of decorative cover are the key factors to influence the heat dissipation and indoor air flow distribution of radiator. In this paper, the influence of different cover forms on the heat dissipation of a four-column radiator is studied by means of experimental test and numerical simulation, taking the outer cover of the four-column radiator as the research object. The main work of this paper is as follows: in this paper, the heat transfer process, heat transfer model and the effect of the decorative cover on the heat transfer performance of the radiator are theoretically analyzed, and the physical and mathematical models of heat transfer under the installation of the decorative cover are determined. The temperature field and velocity field of the radiator heating room under four kinds of common decorative covers are simulated by fluent software, and the heat dissipation of the radiator is calculated.
