【摘要】： 目前,船舶裝飾設(shè)計(jì)過程中需要涉及到大量數(shù)據(jù)信息的提取、維護(hù),針對(duì)這一情況,提出了用工程數(shù)據(jù)庫管理設(shè)計(jì)過程中的數(shù)據(jù)信息的方案,即構(gòu)建船舶裝飾CAD系統(tǒng)資源庫,該方案將企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的基礎(chǔ)信息資料和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)節(jié)有效地融入設(shè)計(jì)過程,可以準(zhǔn)確、方便、科學(xué)地管理在船舶裝飾設(shè)計(jì)過程中的各種基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)船舶裝飾設(shè)計(jì)效率的提高以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的建設(shè)均有極其重要的意義。 首先,本文簡(jiǎn)要回顧了工程數(shù)據(jù)庫的發(fā)展歷程,分析了當(dāng)前船舶裝飾的設(shè)計(jì)流程以及CAD系統(tǒng)在船舶裝飾設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,指出目前的船舶裝飾設(shè)計(jì)所存在的問題,明確了在船舶裝飾設(shè)計(jì)過程中采用工程數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)管理的重要性。 其次,分析了船舶裝飾設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的特點(diǎn),根據(jù)目前船舶裝飾設(shè)計(jì)的需求,并結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)單位應(yīng)用中的實(shí)際情況,給出了船舶裝飾CAD資源庫的總體框架以及功能實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。 然后,詳細(xì)闡述資源庫子系統(tǒng)防火門庫、節(jié)點(diǎn)庫的設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)建方案,探討了防火門的布置技術(shù),節(jié)點(diǎn)的安裝技術(shù),分析了其相應(yīng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制,給出了具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。 最后,從實(shí)踐的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)單位的實(shí)際情況,指出系統(tǒng)仍然存在的問題及其相應(yīng)的解決方案,并提出了對(duì)未來工作的展望。
[Abstract]:At present, it is necessary to extract and maintain a large amount of data information in the process of ship decoration design. In view of this situation, a scheme of managing the data information in the process of design by using engineering database is put forward, that is, the resource database of CAD system for ship decoration is constructed. This scheme effectively integrates the basic information and product structure details of enterprise standardization into the design process, which can accurately, conveniently and scientifically manage all kinds of basic data in the process of ship decoration design. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of ship decoration design and the construction of standardization. First of all, this paper briefly reviews the development of engineering database, analyzes the current design process of ship decoration and the application status of CAD system in ship decoration design, and points out the problems existing in the current ship decoration design. The importance of using engineering database to manage the data in the process of ship decoration design is made clear. Secondly, the characteristics of ship decoration design data are analyzed. According to the demand of ship decoration design at present, combined with the actual situation in the application of the design unit, the overall framework and function realization method of ship decoration CAD resource database are given. Then, the design and construction scheme of the fire-proof door library and node library of the resource base subsystem are described in detail. The layout technology of the fire-proof door and the installation technology of the node are discussed, the corresponding realization mechanism is analyzed, and the concrete realization scheme is given. Finally, from the point of view of practice, combined with the actual situation of the design unit, the paper points out the problems still existing in the system and the corresponding solutions, and puts forward the prospect of the future work.
