塑膜增強柔性裝飾薄木的制備工藝及性能研究

【摘要】:采用改性低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜作為增強和膠粘材料制備柔性裝飾薄木,探討熱壓壓力、溫度、時間和LDPE膜厚等因素對薄木柔韌性、剝離強度等性能的影響。結果表明:塑膜增強柔性裝飾薄木的較優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)為:熱壓壓力1.0 MPa、溫度150℃、時間120 s,LDPE膜厚0.03 mm;在此工藝條件制備的裝飾紅櫟薄木的柔韌性優(yōu)良,柔韌性卷曲試驗的鋼棒直徑可小至4 mm,浸漬剝離強度達到Ⅰ類膠試驗要求,總體性能優(yōu)于無紡布增強薄木。
[Abstract]:The flexible decorative thin wood was prepared by using the modified LDPE film as reinforcing and adhesive material. The effects of hot pressing pressure, temperature, time and LDPE film thickness on the properties of thin wood such as flexibility and peeling strength were investigated.
