常用可燃裝潢材料熱解規(guī)律的研究

【摘要】: 熱解是可燃裝潢材料火災(zāi)行為最初始的階段,是可燃裝潢材料著火以及維持隨后的火蔓延的必要條件?扇佳b潢材料熱解對其著火過程的發(fā)生與蔓延起到關(guān)鍵作用。對可燃裝潢材料熱解規(guī)律及機理的深入研究,是預(yù)防火災(zāi)的關(guān)鍵。本課題旨在研究常用可燃裝潢材料的熱解規(guī)律。選取松木、杉木、三合板、實木地板、復(fù)合地板為實驗原料,采用TG-DSC聯(lián)用技術(shù),在不同升溫速率(5℃/min、10℃/min、15℃/min)下對五種樣品進行熱重實驗。由TG、DTG、DSC曲線的分析表明:可燃裝潢材料的熱解過程可以分為三個明顯的反應(yīng)階段,分別為水分蒸發(fā)階段、半纖維素和纖維素熱解階段以及木質(zhì)素熱解階段。升溫速率對每個樣品的各個反應(yīng)階段開始熱解的溫度以及熱解的溫度范圍影響較明顯,隨著升溫速率的增大,反應(yīng)推向高溫區(qū)進行。通過建立可燃裝潢材料的熱解動力學模型,利用Coast-Redfern法和Achar法,對可燃裝潢材料的反應(yīng)機理函數(shù)進行推導(dǎo),并求解其熱解動力學參數(shù):熱解活化能E和指前因子A。
[Abstract]:Pyrolysis is the initial stage of fire behavior of combustible decorating materials, which is a necessary condition for flammable decorating materials to catch fire and maintain the subsequent fire spread. Pyrolysis of combustible decorating materials plays a key role in the occurrence and spread of ignition process. The study of pyrolysis law and mechanism of combustible decorating materials is the key to prevent fire. The purpose of this paper is to study the pyrolysis law of combustible decorating materials.
