動(dòng)漫城輸變電工程項(xiàng)目前評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,我國(guó)的電力需求也在不斷的攀升。相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,僅2011年我國(guó)電力行業(yè)的投資就超過(guò)了七億元,其中電網(wǎng)投資占到了三千六百億元之多,相當(dāng)于總投資規(guī)模的百分之五十。然而,2005年,我國(guó)的電力行業(yè)投資還不到五億元,而其中的電網(wǎng)投資就更少,只有一億五千萬(wàn)元,僅占到總投資的百分之三十。由此可以看出,從2005年到2011年,電網(wǎng)的投資平均增長(zhǎng)了百分之十六之多。北京豐臺(tái)動(dòng)漫城輸變電工程項(xiàng)目就是在這樣的背景下,為了滿足豐臺(tái)地區(qū)發(fā)展的負(fù)荷增長(zhǎng)需求,緩解該地區(qū)電網(wǎng)供電能力不足的現(xiàn)狀,以及解決動(dòng)漫城地區(qū)附近衙門(mén)口站及張魯雙回線路供電壓力的問(wèn)題。項(xiàng)目確定前進(jìn)行科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)难芯、分析、可行性研?對(duì)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目評(píng)估是尤為重要的,該項(xiàng)目投資決策提供重要依據(jù)。本文首先闡述選題的目的意義及國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),對(duì)項(xiàng)目前評(píng)估的理論、方法和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析;其次對(duì)北京豐臺(tái)動(dòng)漫城輸變電工程項(xiàng)目從技術(shù)層面,經(jīng)濟(jì)層面以及社會(huì)層進(jìn)行分析,并選出靜態(tài)投資、造價(jià)差額、站址選擇、土建部分、電氣裝置、系統(tǒng)節(jié)能及環(huán)境保護(hù)這幾方面作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo);然后對(duì)選用的層次分析法,模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法和步驟簡(jiǎn)述;最后從技術(shù)方面、經(jīng)濟(jì)方面以及社會(huì)層面對(duì)北京豐臺(tái)動(dòng)漫城輸變電工程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的實(shí)證分析,得出了北京豐臺(tái)動(dòng)漫城輸變電工程項(xiàng)目工程是合理的、可行的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, China's electricity demand is also rising. Relevant data show that in 2011 alone, China's electricity industry investment exceeded 700 million yuan, of which power grid investment accounted for 360 billion yuan, equivalent to 50% of the total investment. However, in 2005, China's electricity industry investment is less than 500 million yuan, and the investment in the power grid is even less, only 150 million yuan, accounting for only 30% of the total investment. Thus, from 2005 to 2011, investment in the grid grew by an average of 16%. Beijing Fengtai animation city transmission and transformation project is in this context, in order to meet the development of Fengtai area load growth demand, alleviate the current situation of the power supply capacity of the power grid in that area. And to solve the animation area near the Yamen mouth Station and Zhanglu Shuang circuit power supply pressure problems. It is very important to carry out scientific and rigorous research, analysis and feasibility study before the determination of the project, which provides an important basis for the investment decision of the project. In this paper, the purpose and significance of the topic and related research literature at home and abroad are described, and the theory, method and content of pre-project evaluation are systematically analyzed. Secondly, the transmission and transformation project of Beijing Fengtai animation city is analyzed from the technical, economic and social levels, and static investment, cost difference, site selection, civil construction part, electrical installation are selected. The system energy saving and environmental protection are regarded as evaluation indexes; Then, the AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and steps are briefly introduced. Finally, from the technical, economic and social aspects of Beijing Fengtai animation city power transmission and transformation project for a detailed empirical analysis, the Beijing Fengtai animation city transmission and transformation project is reasonable and feasible.
