【摘要】：伴隨學術國際化的進程,中國在2000年以后出現(xiàn)了創(chuàng)辦英文人文社科期刊的熱潮。中國英文社科期刊都在努力探索不同的國際化道路,但是,成功的尚屬鳳毛麟角。個中原因有很多:西方擁有話語霸權,而中國學術總體上處于"學徒狀態(tài)";國內(nèi)相關評價體系及現(xiàn)代出版?zhèn)鞑テ脚_缺位,但管制從不缺位;英文期刊自身的辦刊理念不無問題等。中國英文人文社科期刊的國際化,需要完善中國學術話語、提供優(yōu)質(zhì)內(nèi)容;建立中國自主的大型傳播平臺,為英文期刊的國際化"保駕護航";以"國際引證"為基礎,結合國內(nèi)外同行專家的評議,建立可以替代SSCI的、中國自主的英文人文社科期刊評價體系。
[Abstract]:Following the process of academic internationalization, there has been an upsurge in the establishment of English humanities and social sciences journals in China since 2000. Chinese English Journal of Social Sciences is trying to explore different ways of internationalization, but the success is rare. There are many reasons for this: the western countries have the discourse hegemony, but the Chinese academic is in the "apprenticeship state" generally, the domestic related evaluation system and the modern publishing and communication platform are absent, but the control is never absent; The ideas of running English periodicals themselves are not without problems. The internationalization of Chinese English humanities and social sciences journals requires the improvement of Chinese academic discourse and the provision of high quality content, and the establishment of a large independent communication platform to "protect" the internationalization of English journals. On the basis of international citation and the comments of domestic and foreign experts, a Chinese independent evaluation system of English humanities and social sciences periodicals, which can replace SSCI, is established.
