69楊對鎘污染土壤的樹木修復(fù)研究

植物修復(fù)是利用植物來移除環(huán)境中的污染物或者是使其穩(wěn)定或降低毒性的污染修復(fù)技術(shù),樹木修復(fù)是利用樹木進(jìn)行的植物修復(fù)。樹木,特別速生樹種,由于其生物量大、生長率高、經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值高、養(yǎng)分需求低、立地穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已成為解決重金屬污染的一種很有前途的方法。楊樹是一種公認(rèn)的重金屬提取樹種,也是一種速生樹種。樹木傾斜生長在實(shí)際環(huán)境中時(shí)有發(fā)生,對于闊葉樹在傾斜生長時(shí)其樹干會形成應(yīng)拉木。應(yīng)拉木具有一些的特殊木材結(jié)構(gòu),如纖維素含量高的膠狀層,微纖絲束間的微孔較多,可能有利于重金屬的積累。但目前還沒有關(guān)于直立和傾斜生長的樹木修復(fù)的比較研究。本研究選擇了69楊(Populus deltoides Bartr.cv.’Lux’(I-69/55)’),通過盆栽試驗(yàn)研究其在直立生長和傾斜生長下對鎘的提取修復(fù)能力。試驗(yàn)設(shè)有4個(gè)不同濃度Cd添加的處理,分別為5、20、50和100 mg/kg干土,再加上一個(gè)不施Cd的對照處理,每個(gè)處理設(shè)立直立和45度角人工傾斜兩種生長模式。每月測量樹高和地徑。在當(dāng)年的12月份對一年生和二年生直立和傾斜生長的楊樹進(jìn)行了樹根和樹葉、樹皮和樹干木材(沿三個(gè)樹干高度),以及傾斜生長楊樹樹干三個(gè)高...
