69楊對(duì)鎘污染土壤的樹(shù)木修復(fù)研究

  植物修復(fù)是利用植物來(lái)移除環(huán)境中的污染物或者是使其穩(wěn)定或降低毒性的污染修復(fù)技術(shù),樹(shù)木修復(fù)是利用樹(shù)木進(jìn)行的植物修復(fù)。樹(shù)木,特別速生樹(shù)種,由于其生物量大、生長(zhǎng)率高、經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值高、養(yǎng)分需求低、立地穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已成為解決重金屬污染的一種很有前途的方法。楊樹(shù)是一種公認(rèn)的重金屬提取樹(shù)種,也是一種速生樹(shù)種。樹(shù)木傾斜生長(zhǎng)在實(shí)際環(huán)境中時(shí)有發(fā)生,對(duì)于闊葉樹(shù)在傾斜生長(zhǎng)時(shí)其樹(shù)干會(huì)形成應(yīng)拉木。應(yīng)拉木具有一些的特殊木材結(jié)構(gòu),如纖維素含量高的膠狀層,微纖絲束間的微孔較多,可能有利于重金屬的積累。但目前還沒(méi)有關(guān)于直立和傾斜生長(zhǎng)的樹(shù)木修復(fù)的比較研究。本研究選擇了69楊(Populus deltoides Bartr.cv.’Lux’(I-69/55)’),通過(guò)盆栽試驗(yàn)研究其在直立生長(zhǎng)和傾斜生長(zhǎng)下對(duì)鎘的提取修復(fù)能力。試驗(yàn)設(shè)有4個(gè)不同濃度Cd添加的處理,分別為5、20、50和100 mg/kg干土,再加上一個(gè)不施Cd的對(duì)照處理,每個(gè)處理設(shè)立直立和45度角人工傾斜兩種生長(zhǎng)模式。每月測(cè)量樹(shù)高和地徑。在當(dāng)年的12月份對(duì)一年生和二年生直立和傾斜生長(zhǎng)的楊樹(shù)進(jìn)行了樹(shù)根和樹(shù)葉、樹(shù)皮和樹(shù)干木材(沿三個(gè)樹(shù)干高度),以及傾斜生長(zhǎng)楊樹(shù)樹(shù)干三個(gè)高...
