通過市場(chǎng)巡講活動(dòng)增加某App用戶開課數(shù)量

摘要

本文通過設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)項(xiàng)目報(bào)告以求達(dá)到教師會(huì)利用藍(lán)墨云班課APP建課、而且能經(jīng)常在課堂上使用該APP,能夠在課堂教學(xué)中運(yùn)用該APP來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)目的的最終目標(biāo);诒狙芯考僭O(shè):通過對(duì)培訓(xùn)課程的優(yōu)化來(lái)提高用戶利用該APP建課的數(shù)量,一個(gè)為期兩個(gè)月的項(xiàng)目得以實(shí)施以實(shí)現(xiàn)以下目標(biāo):兩個(gè)月內(nèi)使用該APP建班的數(shù)量 每月增加50個(gè);兩個(gè)月內(nèi)90%或以上的老師對(duì)該APP 使用表示滿意。本文運(yùn)用了以下科學(xué)研究方法:情況分析、PEST分析、需要需求分析、問卷調(diào)查、SWOT 分析來(lái)確定和分析本文的研究問題。使用培訓(xùn)和數(shù)據(jù)分析來(lái)實(shí)施和評(píng)估本項(xiàng)目。在本團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的努力下,我們最終成功完成了本項(xiàng)目。培訓(xùn)后的問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示這次培訓(xùn)總體效果還是可以的,32人表示滿意,只有5人表示不滿意,調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示25位受訪者表示接受完培訓(xùn)后會(huì)準(zhǔn)備繼續(xù)使用藍(lán)墨云班APP,,這些結(jié)果表明他們主觀上培訓(xùn)的效果是滿意的。通過后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)分析可以看出使用該APP的人數(shù)和頻率以及建班數(shù)量的有一定增加。本項(xiàng)目的結(jié)果顯示,培訓(xùn)有助于增加用戶對(duì)于該APP的滿意度,以及增加用戶使用該APP建班的數(shù)量,但由于培訓(xùn)后使用該APP的人數(shù)和頻率增加的幅度不大,表明培訓(xùn)仍有進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)的空間,筆者最后從培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,培訓(xùn)對(duì)象等方面對(duì)未來(lái)的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃提出了建議。

Abstract

This dissertation presents a detailed report of a project to achieve the purpose of helping teachers to use Moso Cloud App to create more courses, and they can often use it in classroom teaching to achieve the ultimate goal of teaching. Based on the hypothesis that a user- training programe would help improve the number of creating courses with the APP by teachers, a 2-month project was launched to achieve the purpose of creating 50 courses monthly with Moso Cloud App in 2 months and to make 90% or more teachers satisfied with the App in 2 months. Scientific research methods of situational analysis, PEST analysis, needs and wants analysis, questionnaire, and SWOT analysis were used in the identification and analysis of the problems. Methods of training data analysis were adopted for implementation and evaluation of the project。With the efforts of all our project members, we achieved our final goal successfully. Questionnaire results after the training showed that the overall effect of the training was acceptable, 32 respondents showed their satisfaction and only 5 people expressed dissatisfaction. The survey showed that 25 respondents said they would be ready to continue to use the APP after the training. These results showed that subjectively, the effect of the training was satisfactory. Through the background data analysis, it could be seen that, the number and frequency of using the APP were increased to a certain extent. The results of the project proved that the training helped to increase teachers’ satisfaction with the APP, and it helped to increase the number of creating courses with the APP by teachers. However, the number and frequency of using the APP to create courses were not improved significantly after the training, which indicated that the training still needed to be improved further.
