【摘要】：浙江萬里學院作為一所本科學生人數(shù)已經(jīng)超過2萬人的省屬普通高校,每一屆逾5000個本科畢業(yè)生給傳統(tǒng)的畢業(yè)論文管理工作帶來了越來越大的壓力。本文使用結構化方法設計了本科畢業(yè)論文管理系統(tǒng),能極大地促進學校辦公的自動化、信息化、網(wǎng)絡化的進程,并未能為學校相關職能部門的管理工作提供便利。 本文首先介紹了畢業(yè)論文系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的研究背景,闡述了系統(tǒng)設計的一些基本思路,分析了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的意義與重要性,概括了本文的主要內容及論文結構。其次在需求分析中,使用流程圖描述了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務需求；從管理員、學生、教師等用戶模塊說明了功能需求；利用數(shù)據(jù)流圖和數(shù)據(jù)字典刻畫了數(shù)據(jù)需求。再次在系統(tǒng)設計中,給出了系統(tǒng)總體的H圖；使用IPO表分析和設計了系統(tǒng)的用戶管理、題目管理、文檔管理、成績管理以及統(tǒng)計與打印等功能模塊以及他們的下級子模塊,也通過數(shù)據(jù)實體構架,詳細設計了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,并給出了數(shù)據(jù)庫表的E-R圖和具體的系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫表。最后對本文的工作進行了總結,同時展望了今后進一步的工作。
[Abstract]:Zhejiang Wanli University, as an ordinary university with more than 20,000 undergraduate students, has brought more and more pressure to the traditional thesis management work.This paper designs the undergraduate thesis management system by using the structured method, which can greatly promote the process of automation, information and networking of the school office, and fail to provide convenience for the management work of the relevant functional departments of the school.This paper first introduces the research background of graduation thesis system development, expounds some basic ideas of system design, analyzes the significance and importance of system development, and summarizes the main content and structure of this paper.Secondly, in the requirement analysis, the business requirements of the system are described by flow charts; the functional requirements are explained from user modules such as administrators, students and teachers; and the data requirements are described by using data flow diagrams and data dictionaries.Thirdly, in the system design, the overall H diagram of the system is given, and the user management, topic management, document management, grade management, statistics and print function modules and their subordinate modules are analyzed and designed by using IPO table.Through the data entity structure, the system database is designed in detail, and the E-R diagram of the database table and the concrete system database table are given.Finally, the work of this paper is summarized, and the future work is prospected.
