【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展和人類生活方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,人們的生活節(jié)奏不斷加快,由此帶來(lái)了一系列健康問(wèn)題,比如睡眠不足、營(yíng)養(yǎng)過(guò)剩、缺乏體育鍛煉和較強(qiáng)的工作壓力等。人們?cè)谧非蟾�高的物質(zhì)生活的同時(shí),不僅更加關(guān)注對(duì)自身體質(zhì)健康信息的監(jiān)測(cè),也投入更多的時(shí)間和精力到科學(xué)健身和慢性病防御上。課題組前期開(kāi)發(fā)完成的健康云服務(wù)平臺(tái)提供了用戶信息采集、健康測(cè)評(píng)、健康管理目標(biāo)制定、個(gè)性化運(yùn)動(dòng)處方和智能化健身方案推薦等一系列服務(wù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本課題研究的國(guó)民體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng)分為三級(jí)架構(gòu)。地面站用戶注冊(cè)后采集并上傳用戶的體質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù),數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)對(duì)用戶數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析并通過(guò)健康云服務(wù)平臺(tái)開(kāi)具個(gè)性化運(yùn)動(dòng)處方,從而為國(guó)民健康管理和慢性病干預(yù)提供了完整的一站式解決方案。本課題研究的國(guó)民體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng)包含基于ASP.NET MVC的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)、地面站系統(tǒng)、基于Windows Service的數(shù)據(jù)同步與匯總服務(wù)、基于Zabbix的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、基于Web Service的綜合報(bào)表服務(wù)等子系統(tǒng)模塊,能同時(shí)提供Web和移動(dòng)終端兩種訪問(wèn)形式。其中,數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析子系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)民體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的收集、存儲(chǔ)、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、查詢等功能,主要用于對(duì)用戶數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析展示,并利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)給出統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果和科學(xué)健身指導(dǎo)方案;地面站子系統(tǒng)用于采集國(guó)民體質(zhì)11項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)和運(yùn)動(dòng)健康數(shù)據(jù);數(shù)據(jù)同步服務(wù)用于保證系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)一致,實(shí)現(xiàn)各站點(diǎn)的跨站點(diǎn)協(xié)作,從而提供一致的用戶體驗(yàn);數(shù)據(jù)匯總服務(wù)用于把省數(shù)據(jù)中心的地面站數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)匯總到中心數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù);監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)用于監(jiān)控服務(wù)器和應(yīng)用程序可能發(fā)生的故障,并通過(guò)短信或郵件給出告警信息。本文設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)完成的國(guó)民體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng),已在省內(nèi)20多個(gè)市、區(qū)縣成功部署。經(jīng)過(guò)大量實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn),本系統(tǒng)能夠安全、穩(wěn)定、高效使用。該系統(tǒng)的推廣進(jìn)一步提高國(guó)民體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)工作的效率和用戶體驗(yàn),有利于國(guó)民改善自身身體機(jī)能。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society and the change of human life style, people's rhythm of life is quickening, which brings about a series of health problems, such as lack of sleep, overnourishment, lack of physical exercise and strong work pressure, etc. While pursuing a higher material life, people not only pay more attention to the monitoring of their physical health information, but also devote more time and energy to scientific fitness and chronic disease defense. The health cloud service platform developed by the research group provides a series of services, such as user information collection, health evaluation, health management goal formulation, personalized exercise prescription and intelligent fitness program recommendation, etc. On this basis, the national physique monitoring application management system is divided into three levels. After registration, the user's physique data were collected and uploaded, and the data statistical analysis system was used to analyze the user's data, and the personalized exercise prescription was issued through the health cloud service platform. This provides a complete one-stop solution for national health management and chronic disease intervention. The national physique monitoring application management system studied in this paper includes the data statistic analysis system based on ASP.NET MVC, the earth station system, the data synchronization and summary service based on Windows Service, the monitoring system based on Zabbix. Integrated report service based on Web Service can provide both Web and mobile terminal access. Among them, the data statistical analysis subsystem realizes the collection, storage, statistical analysis, query and other functions of the national physique monitoring data, which is mainly used for the statistical analysis and display of user data. The data mining technology is used to provide the results of statistical analysis and scientific fitness guidance scheme; the earth station subsystem is used to collect 11 items of national physique data and sports health data; the data synchronization service is used to ensure the consistency of the system data. The data summary service is used to aggregate the data of the ground station database of the provincial data center to the central database. Monitoring systems are used to monitor possible failures in servers and applications, and alert messages are given by SMS or email. This paper designs and develops the national physique monitoring application management system, which has been successfully deployed in more than 20 cities, districts and counties in the province. After a lot of practical tests, the system can be used safely, stably and efficiently. The popularization of the system further improves the efficiency and user experience of national physique monitoring, and is beneficial to the improvement of national physical function.
