【摘要】：漕運(yùn)水手是清代漕糧運(yùn)輸?shù)闹髁��?多為運(yùn)河沿岸州縣通過(guò)地緣、血緣關(guān)系招募游民到漕運(yùn)水手隊(duì)伍中來(lái)。以往學(xué)者多著眼于漕運(yùn)水手不法行為的性質(zhì)及對(duì)社會(huì)之危害性的研究。本文以中國(guó)第一歷史檔案館所藏宮中朱批奏折、軍機(jī)處錄副奏折中記載的漕運(yùn)水手不法案件為基礎(chǔ),以漕運(yùn)水手本身環(huán)境需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn),探究引發(fā)此類案件發(fā)生的內(nèi)在因素,指出此類不法行為的發(fā)生原因,揭示了漕運(yùn)水手對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)待遇的需求與國(guó)家政策取向之間的矛盾。
[Abstract]:Water transport sailors were the main force in the transportation of grain in the Qing Dynasty, and most of them recruited travellers to water transport sailors through geographical and consanguineous relations. In the past, scholars focused on the nature and harm to the society of the illegal behavior of seamen by water transport. This article is based on the records of the illegal cases of water transport sailors recorded by the Chinese first Historical Archives of China's first Historical Archives and the records of the military aircraft's auxiliary notes. Based on the environmental needs of the sailors themselves, this paper explores the internal factors that lead to the occurrence of this kind of cases. The author points out the causes of such illegal acts and reveals the contradiction between the demand for economic treatment and the policy orientation of the state.
