【摘要】：本文以楚國附庸國制、分封制、郡縣制為研究對象,通過對文獻資料的整理與研究,對楚國基層管理制度進行系統(tǒng)梳理與總結(jié)。對楚國附庸國制的研究是本文主要創(chuàng)新點。楚國在對外擴展中,出于各方面因素的考慮保存下來一定數(shù)量的諸侯國,這些國家在實力被削弱后,完全依附于楚國,成為其附庸。楚國通過對權(quán)國、巴地、許國、賴國等的治理,建立起比較完整的附庸國體系,且這一體系存在由監(jiān)管制度向遷國移宗轉(zhuǎn)變的歷程。本文尤其針對曾國在楚國附庸體系中角色的演進問題進行分析,指出曾國是楚國附庸國制體系的典型代表,對楚國政治發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響。楚國分封制經(jīng)歷了由封邑制向分封制轉(zhuǎn)變的過程。封邑制主要存在于西周至春秋時期,戰(zhàn)國時期則主要表現(xiàn)為封君制。對于封邑制和封君制,本文通過梳理兩種制度下的職官設(shè)置,比較兩者的異同點,以研究楚國地方管理制度具體內(nèi)容,分析楚國各歷史階段地方管理方式的轉(zhuǎn)變過程,并試圖歸納這些變化對楚國社會發(fā)展的影響。對于楚國郡縣制的研究,本文主要結(jié)合歷年來的考古成果,借助如包山楚簡、曾侯乙簡等文字材料,通過研究楚國地方官職和政府管理機構(gòu)的設(shè)置變化來探索郡縣制的發(fā)展、完善過程,從而研究楚國社會的基層管理方式。本文通過對三種基層制度的研究,能為楚文化的研究提供更多的思路。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the system of vassal state, the system of sub-seal and the system of prefectures and counties as the research object. Through the collation and study of the literature, this paper systematically combs and summarizes the basic management system of the State of Chu. The research on the system of vassal state of Chu is the main innovation point of this paper. Due to the consideration of various factors, Chu has preserved a certain number of vassal states in its external expansion. These countries, after their strength has been weakened, are completely attached to the State of Chu and become their appendages. Through the governance of power, Pakistan, Xu and Lai, Chu established a relatively complete system of vassal state, and this system had a course of transition from the regulatory system to the migration of foreign countries. This paper analyzes the evolution of Zengguo's role in the vassal system of Chu and points out that Zeng is a typical representative of the vassal system of Chu and has an important influence on the political development of Chu. The system of seal of Chu country experienced the process of changing from the system of seal to the system of seal. The Fengyi system mainly existed from the Western Zhou Dynasty to the Spring and Autumn period, and the warring States period was mainly represented by the feudal monarch system. For the Fengyi system and the Fengjun system, this paper compares the similarities and differences between the two systems by combing the establishment of the official under the two systems, in order to study the specific contents of the local management system of the State of Chu, and to analyze the transformation process of the local management mode in the different stages of the history of the State of Chu. And try to sum up these changes on the social development of Chu. For the study of the system of prefectures and counties in the State of Chu, this paper mainly combines the archaeological achievements of the past years, with the help of written materials such as Baoshan Chu slips, Zeng Hou Yi Jian, and so on, to explore the development of the county system by studying the changes in the setting up of local officials and government management institutions in the State of Chu. Improve the process, so as to study the basic management of the society of Chu. Through the study of three basic-level systems, this paper can provide more ideas for the study of Chu culture.
