【摘要】：清代是東北墾荒的重要時(shí)期。清統(tǒng)治者在東北的土地政策,經(jīng)歷了從招民開(kāi)墾,到封禁東北,再到"全面放墾"地轉(zhuǎn)變。在這一過(guò)程中,土地開(kāi)墾的主體——大批漢族流民,自始至終都發(fā)揮著不可替代的積極作用。他們不但將荒蕪之地變?yōu)榱继?而且將關(guān)內(nèi)的耕作技術(shù)、農(nóng)業(yè)習(xí)慣也帶到了東北,從而促進(jìn)了當(dāng)?shù)氐霓r(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,為東北成為我國(guó)重要糧食產(chǎn)區(qū)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Qing Dynasty was an important period of reclamation in the northeast. The land policy of the Qing Dynasty ruler in the northeast has experienced the transformation from the reclamation of the people to the northern part of the confiscation, and to the land of``comprehensive reclamation'' . In this process, the main body of land reclamation, a large number of Han ethnic groups, has played a positive role from the beginning to the end. They not only turn the wasteland into a good field, but also bring the farming technology in Guan and the agricultural habits to the northeast, thus promoting the local agricultural development and laying the foundation for the Northeast China to become an important grain production area.
