【摘要】：正18～19世紀(jì)之交是清代社會(huì)結(jié)束所謂"康乾盛世"、進(jìn)入長達(dá)一個(gè)世紀(jì)的衰落期的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。為什么中國社會(huì)在此時(shí)由盛轉(zhuǎn)衰、由治轉(zhuǎn)亂?除了政治、歷史等因素之外,氣候變化這個(gè)不曾被廣泛關(guān)注的因素或許也為加速清朝衰落"貢獻(xiàn)"了力量。最近由北京師范大學(xué)地理學(xué)與遙感科學(xué)學(xué)院方修琦教授及中國科學(xué)院地理科學(xué)與資源研究所蕭凌波博士等人合作完成的一項(xiàng)研究結(jié)果顯示,以急速降溫和極端旱澇災(zāi)害頻次增加為標(biāo)志的氣候變
