【摘要】：本篇論文是圍繞習近平國家文化安全思想而展開論述的。黨的十八大以來,以習近平同志為核心的黨中央,在深刻認識和科學把握我國文化發(fā)展新特征、新形勢和新問題的基礎(chǔ)之上提出了一系列關(guān)于國家文化安全的新觀點、新思想和新論斷,賦予馬克思主義國家文化安全思想新的內(nèi)涵。正確認識和深刻把握習近平國家文化安全思想的科學內(nèi)涵,對于中國特色社會主義文化道路的堅持、社會主義文化強國目標的實現(xiàn)意義非凡。要對習近平國家文化安全思想有一個正確系統(tǒng)深刻的認識,首先,就要正確認識習近平國家文化安全思想的提出背景,當前存在的一些導(dǎo)致種種國家文化安全問題的國內(nèi)外因素正是習近平國家文化安全思想形成的時代背景。就國內(nèi)來說,社會多元文化思潮的泛濫、社會轉(zhuǎn)型期道德文化的失落、黨內(nèi)消極腐敗文化的滋生是導(dǎo)致文化安全問題的重要因素。就國際來看,經(jīng)濟全球化的深入發(fā)展、西方文化的隱形滲透、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)全球范圍的廣泛應(yīng)用對我國文化安全問題造成了一定的威脅和挑戰(zhàn)。其次,正確認識習近平國家文化安全思想的理論來源也是我們研究習近平國家文化安全思想的重要方面。習近平的國家文化安全思想是在繼承馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的國家文化安全思想和中國化馬克思主義的國家文化安全思想的基礎(chǔ)上形成和發(fā)展起來的。習近平國家文化安全思想有著豐富的內(nèi)容:第一,習近平高度重視意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的安全并提出要把意識形態(tài)工作作為黨的一項極端重要的工作并提出了一系列重要的論述和觀點。習近平認為社會主義核心價值觀是社會主義意識形態(tài)的本質(zhì)體現(xiàn),要想真正地維護意識形態(tài)安全必須在全社會進行社會主義核心價值觀的培育和踐行,讓社會主義核心價值觀的影響像空氣一樣無處不在、無時不有。習近平還提出要加強黨對意識形態(tài)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),堅持黨管意識形態(tài)原則和"黨媒姓黨",并高度重視宣傳思想工作。第二,習近平把傳統(tǒng)文化放在舉足輕重的位置,在傳統(tǒng)文化的保護上更是有著自己的理解和作為。首先,他對傳統(tǒng)文化有著高度的肯定——"培育社會主義核心價值觀必須立足于中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化"、"中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化是最深厚的文化軟實力"、"中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化可以為治國理政提供有益啟示",這些對傳統(tǒng)文化的高度評價和肯定對于喚起社會大眾對傳統(tǒng)文化的重視和保護有著極為重要的意義。同時,習近平還提出了如何弘揚和發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)文化的重要論斷——"雙創(chuàng)",即傳統(tǒng)文化的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展。第三是習近平的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化安全思想。面臨網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化安全的新問題和新挑戰(zhàn),習近平首先提出"沒有網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全就沒有國家安全",把維護網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的重要性提升到了一個新的高度,進而提出"構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運共同體"和"網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間不是法外之地"等重要論斷,為維護網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化安全提供了保障。習近平國家文化安全思想不僅有著重大的理論價值,更為文化建設(shè)和文化安全提供了實踐意義上的指導(dǎo)。從理論上看,它進一步完善和發(fā)展了中國特色社會主義理論體系,豐富了總體國家安全觀的文化內(nèi)涵。從實踐上看,它進一步明確了文化安全的著力點,為社會主義文化強國的建成提供了思想上的保障,有利于更好地實施"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局。所以我們必須全面系統(tǒng)地認識和把握習近平國家文化安全思想的科學內(nèi)涵,并將其與中國特色社會主義實踐緊密結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:This paper is discussed around Xi Jinping's national cultural security thought. Therefore, we must fully and systematically understand and grasp the scientific connotation of Xi Jinping's national cultural security thought and combine it with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
