【摘要】：近年來印度頻發(fā)的性暴力事件,使得"男權文化的侵犯性"成為媒體熱議的焦點。本文從女性主義視角解析印度性暴力事件頻發(fā)的歷史文化及社會根源,發(fā)現(xiàn)印度傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)典尊崇女神與歧視女性的雙重塑造、印度教徒道德與信仰二元化的宗教實踐、缺乏性別視角的法律文本與實踐,是造成印度男權文化強盛、性別歧視嚴重以及性暴力頻發(fā)的根本原因,而快速的城市化進程與城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的不均衡,則加劇了性別關系的緊張。由此本文認為,大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力有助于破除傳統(tǒng)觀念,將社會性別意識納入政治與法治建設,積極營造性別平等的社會環(huán)境,才能從根本上祛除印度社會男權文化的侵犯性,建立雙性和諧的美好社會。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent incidents of sexual violence in India have made the violation of patriarchal culture a hot topic in the media. From the perspective of feminism, this paper analyzes the historical, cultural and social roots of the frequent occurrence of sexual violence in India, and finds out that the traditional Indian classic of deference to goddess and discrimination against women, and the dual religious practice of Hindu morality and belief. The lack of legal texts and practices from a gender perspective is the root cause of the strong patriarchal culture, the serious gender discrimination and the frequent occurrence of sexual violence in India, and the imbalance between the rapid urbanization process and the level of economic development in urban and rural areas. It increases tensions between the sexes. Therefore, this paper holds that vigorously developing productive forces will help to break down traditional ideas, bring gender consciousness into politics and rule of law, and actively create a social environment of gender equality, so as to fundamentally eliminate the aggression of patriarchal culture in Indian society. To build a harmonious and harmonious society.
