【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國正處于社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期。在老年人口數(shù)量及老齡化率飛速增長的大背景下,傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)老觀念的影響以及現(xiàn)狀社會普遍的“四二一”家庭結(jié)構(gòu)更是在這一巨大社會問題上的火上澆油,城市居民該“如何養(yǎng)老”的問題十分突顯。以中國目前的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)國情,社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的方式勢必成為大多數(shù)老年人的必然選擇。而相應(yīng)的社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施則成了社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的重要保障�；�于城市居民生命周期、家庭生命周期、社區(qū)生命周期的城市建成社區(qū)的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施配置策略的研究,為社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的設(shè)施保障提供有益的探索。一方面,本文探討了杭州城市居民生命周期過程中的重要事件;另一方面基于對杭州4個(gè)街道41社區(qū)的調(diào)研樣本,并在時(shí)間和空間上深入挖掘,研究選取有典型意義的4個(gè)社區(qū),探尋城市建成社區(qū)的生命周期特征及養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施的規(guī)劃配置。在這一基礎(chǔ)上從社區(qū)居民的日常養(yǎng)老需求出發(fā),通過社區(qū)現(xiàn)有的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施的資源整合、合理優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)多種設(shè)施的共同覆蓋,為老年人提供多元化的選擇方式,以此研究城市建成社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施的配置策略�；�于城市建成社區(qū)生命周期的社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施的規(guī)劃配置,不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了老年人的情感需求,同時(shí)也化解了城市建成社區(qū)內(nèi)緊張的用地資源與養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施的需求之間的矛盾。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a period of social and economic transformation. Under the background of the rapid growth of the number of the elderly population and the aging rate, The influence of the traditional concept of old-age support and the "421" family structure, which is widespread in the present society, is adding fuel to the fire on this huge social problem. The problem of "how to provide for the aged" for urban residents is very prominent. The way of providing for the aged in the community is bound to become the inevitable choice for the majority of the elderly, and the corresponding facilities for providing for the aged in the community have become an important guarantee for the elderly in the community. Based on the life cycle of the urban residents, the life cycle of the family, The study on the allocation strategy of the old-age service facilities in the community life cycle provides a useful exploration for the protection of the facilities for the aged in the community. On the one hand, this paper discusses the important events in the life cycle of the urban residents in Hangzhou; On the other hand, based on the survey samples of 41 communities in four streets of Hangzhou, and digging in depth in time and space, the study selects four communities with typical significance. This paper explores the life cycle characteristics of the urban community and the planning and allocation of the old-age service facilities. On this basis, according to the daily pension needs of the community residents, through the integration of the resources of the existing community pension service facilities, it is reasonable to optimize, To achieve the common coverage of various facilities, provide the elderly with a variety of options, so as to study the allocation strategy of the urban community pension service facilities. Based on the planning and allocation of the community pension service facilities in the life cycle of the urban community, It not only realizes the emotional needs of the elderly, but also resolves the contradiction between the shortage of land resources and the demand of the old-age service facilities.
