【摘要】：在提出失智老人安養(yǎng)問(wèn)題與需求的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)NY安養(yǎng)院的案例分析,提煉了社會(huì)工作者在個(gè)體層面承擔(dān)的失智老人的臨床工作者、適應(yīng)安養(yǎng)環(huán)境的使能者角色,在家庭/機(jī)構(gòu)層面所承擔(dān)的家庭關(guān)系的協(xié)調(diào)者、安養(yǎng)院的行政管理者、員工的培訓(xùn)者/教育者、康復(fù)項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)者角色,在社區(qū)層面所承擔(dān)的失智老人社區(qū)資源的經(jīng)紀(jì)人、社區(qū)項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃者角色,以及在多層面所承擔(dān)的老人康復(fù)系統(tǒng)綜合角色。以上述結(jié)論為基礎(chǔ),提出了對(duì)大陸地區(qū)失智老人安養(yǎng)院社會(huì)工作者角色的四方面啟示,即幫助老人適應(yīng)安養(yǎng)院環(huán)境不能局限于習(xí)慣生活而需形成機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)社區(qū);協(xié)調(diào)家庭關(guān)系與功能需將家屬納入老人的康復(fù)主體;科學(xué)管理、協(xié)調(diào)安養(yǎng)院多領(lǐng)域合作、培訓(xùn)員工是老人康復(fù)項(xiàng)目的保障;安養(yǎng)院社會(huì)工作者需綜合介入微觀、中觀、宏觀多個(gè)層面,才能促進(jìn)失智老人個(gè)人、家庭、機(jī)構(gòu)和社區(qū)系統(tǒng)的成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:On the basis of raising the problem and needs of the mentally retarded elderly, and through the case study of the NY nursing home in Taiwan, this paper abstracts the role of the social workers in the clinical work of the mentally retarded elderly at the individual level, and adapts to the enabling role of the nurturance environment. Mediators of family relations at the family / institutional level, administrators of nursing homes, trainers / educators of employees, role of coordinator of rehabilitation projects, brokers of community resources for mentally retarded elderly people at the community level, Based on the above conclusions, the role of planners in community projects and the integrated role of rehabilitation system for the elderly at various levels are proposed. The implications for the role of social workers in nursing homes for the mentally retarded elderly in mainland China are presented in four aspects. That is to say, helping the elderly to adapt to the environment of nursing homes should not be confined to the customary life but should form a community within the institution; to coordinate family relations and functions, families should be brought into the rehabilitation body of the elderly; scientific management should be carried out; and cooperation in various fields of nursing homes should be coordinated. Training staff is the guarantee of rehabilitation programs for the elderly. Social workers in nursing homes need to be involved in micro, meso and macro levels in order to promote the growth and development of individual, family, institutional and community systems for mentally retarded elderly people.
