【摘要】：自從2000年我國(guó)進(jìn)入老齡化社會(huì)開始,人口發(fā)展就呈現(xiàn)儲(chǔ)高齡化、空巢化、失能化的趨勢(shì),養(yǎng)老問題日益受到社會(huì)的普遍關(guān)注。家庭養(yǎng)老功能弱化、機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老又處于失能的狀態(tài)。因而建立有中國(guó)特色的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)方式——在社區(qū)內(nèi)發(fā)展居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù),已經(jīng)成為解決目前我國(guó)嚴(yán)峻的社會(huì)養(yǎng)老壓力的重要措施。首先,本文分析了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外面臨的嚴(yán)峻養(yǎng)老形式,介紹了本研究的研究背景和研究意義以及本文所使用到的研究方法。接著回顧以往文獻(xiàn),分析目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)相關(guān)問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,然后對(duì)本文涉及到的—些基本概念進(jìn)行了界定,對(duì)社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了分析。其次,以淮南市的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),從日常生活照料、醫(yī)療保健、精神慰藉和社會(huì)交往四個(gè)方面分析淮南市老年人的養(yǎng)老需求現(xiàn)狀以及探索淮南市居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求潛力。再次,構(gòu)建Logistic分析模型,分析哪些因素起到了影響的作用。通過對(duì)本文提出的14個(gè)因子進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析,得出老年人的性別、年齡、子女?dāng)?shù)量、與子女的關(guān)系和收入情況對(duì)老年人在居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的選擇上起著顯著的影響。最后,本文還在調(diào)查分析和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出相應(yīng)的改善或提升對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Since 2000, when China entered the aging society, the population development has shown the trend of aging, empty-nesting and incapacitation. The problem of old-age support has been paid more and more attention by the society, and the function of family pension has been weakened. Therefore, it has become an important measure to solve the severe social endowment pressure in our country to establish the old-age service mode with Chinese characteristics-to develop the family pension service in the community. In this paper, the austere pension forms at home and abroad are analyzed, the research background and significance of this study and the research methods used in this paper are introduced. Then the basic concepts involved in this paper are defined, and the related theories of community home pension service are analyzed. Secondly, based on the survey data of Huainan City, from the perspective of daily life care, medical care, Four aspects of spiritual consolation and social interaction are analyzed to analyze the current situation of the elderly's old-age needs and explore the demand potential of residential care services in Huainan. Thirdly, the Logistic analysis model is constructed. Through the verification and analysis of 14 factors proposed in this paper, the gender, age and number of children of the elderly are obtained. The relationship with children and income situation have a significant impact on the elderly in the choice of home care services. Finally, based on the investigation and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement or promotion countermeasures.
