文章摘要本試驗(yàn)旨在研究1~14日齡北京鴨膽堿需要量及膽堿缺乏病的臨床學(xué)特點(diǎn)。試驗(yàn)采用單因子完全隨機(jī)試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),將384只1日齡健康雄性北京鴨隨機(jī)分成8組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)8只鴨。采用玉米-大豆分離蛋白-玉米淀粉型飼糧,各組膽堿水平分別為302、496、778、990、1 182、1 414、1 625、1 832 mg/kg。試驗(yàn)期為14 d。結(jié)果表明:1)飼糧膽堿水平對北京鴨平均日增重和平均日采食量有顯著影響(P〈0.05),并隨膽堿水平的增加而升高,在990 mg/kg時(shí)達(dá)到最大;但飼糧膽堿水平對料重比沒有顯著影響(P〉0.05)。2)飼糧中膽堿缺乏明顯抑制北京鴨生長發(fā)育,各組表現(xiàn)出不同程度的膽堿缺乏癥,表現(xiàn)為從腿骨無力而爬行、脛跖骨關(guān)節(jié)腫大、跛腳站立不起到死亡的變化趨勢,其中302 mg/kg膽堿組最為嚴(yán)重;飼糧膽堿水平達(dá)到1 182 mg/kg時(shí),膽堿缺乏癥能夠得到有效緩解。3)以平均日增重和平均日采食量為評定指標(biāo),采用二次曲線模型估算的1~14日齡北京鴨膽堿需要量分別為1 289和1 291 mg/kg。綜合以上結(jié)果得出,飼糧膽堿缺乏顯著抑制北京鴨生長發(fā)育,1~14日齡北京鴨膽堿推薦量為1 300 mg/kg。

AbstrThis experiment was conducted to study the choline requirement and deficiency symptom in Peking ducks from 1 to 14 days of age. A total of 384 healthy male Pekin ducks were randomly allotted to 8 groups with 6 replicates per group and 8 ducks per replicate. Ducks in the 8 groups were fed corn-isolated soybean pro- tein-corn starch diets with the choline level of 302, 496, 778, 990, 1 182, 1 414, 1 625, and 1 832 mg/kg, respectively. The experiment lasted for 14 days. The results showed as follows: 1 ) dietary choline level had significantly effects on average daily gain (ADG) and average daily feed intake (ADFI) (P 〈 0.05 ). The ADG and ADFI were improved with the increase of dietary choline level, and reached a highest value when di- etary choline was 990 mg/kg. Dietary choline level had no significantly effect on the ratio of feed to gain ( P〉 0.05). 2 ) Dietary choline deficiency significantly inhibited the growth and development of Peking ducks. Ducks in each group showed various degrees of choline deficiency disease on the leg and the ducks showed the tendency from skelasthenia, hock enlargement, and complete crippling to dead. The ducks were the most seri- ous in 302 mg/kg choline group and the symptom could be prevented completely when dietary choline was 1 182 mg/kg. 3) According to the quadratic model, the choline requirements for ADG and ADFI in Peking ducks from 1 to 14 days of age were 1 289 and 1 291 mg/kg, respectively. In conclusion, choline deficiency can inhibite the growth and development of Peking ducks, and the choline requirement is 1 300 mg/kg from 1 to 14 days of age.
