【摘要】：目的 檢測吸痰沖洗用0.9%無菌生理鹽水染菌情況,探求合理、安全的沖管液更換時(shí)間和盛放容器。方法 采集EICU、RICU、ICU病室中需要吸痰患者床旁配置的開啟鋁蓋玻璃瓶裝生理鹽水,調(diào)查其在使用的24h中6個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)的染菌情況,并對檢測結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 預(yù)沖管用的生理鹽水24h均無細(xì)菌檢出,吸痰后沖管用的生理鹽水在每一個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)均檢出有致病菌污染,且隨著時(shí)間的延長其污染程度逐漸加重。結(jié)論 吸痰預(yù)沖液使用開啟鋁蓋后的瓶裝生理鹽水是安全的,且24h更換一次是合理的;但對于吸痰后沖管用的生理鹽水最好采用滅菌后的廣口容器,每次使用前傾倒足量的沖管液,且容器24h更換較為適宜。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the sputum washed with 0.9% sterile saline contamination, explore reasonable, flushing pipe replacement time and liquid container safety. Methods EICU, RICU, sputum suction at the patient's bedside configuration of open aluminum cover glass bottled saline ICU ward, the investigation in the use of the 24h in 6 time points the bacteria, and the detection results were analyzed statistically. Results 24h normal saline pre washing pipe were no bacteria, saline after sputum suction tube at each time point were detected pathogen contamination, and with time the pollution degree gradually increased. Conclusion the sputum priming solution the use of opening a bottle of saline aluminum cover is safe, and 24h replacement time is reasonable; but for saline sputum after work best with a wide mouth container after sterilization, each flush liquid before use dumping adequate, and the container 24h It is more suitable to replace.
