【摘要】:在新一輪醫(yī)改大潮中,醫(yī)院運(yùn)營(yíng)勢(shì)必要節(jié)能降耗,大型醫(yī)學(xué)裝備機(jī)房電力系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行質(zhì)量,不僅關(guān)系到相關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)裝備的財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,更加直接關(guān)系到診療對(duì)象的生命安全。較差的電能質(zhì)量會(huì)使醫(yī)學(xué)裝備的安全運(yùn)行質(zhì)量指數(shù)明顯下降,醫(yī)學(xué)裝備故障率也會(huì)明顯增加,而大型醫(yī)學(xué)裝備一旦出現(xiàn)故障,一方面是維修費(fèi)用高昂,另一方面會(huì)影響就診患者的診斷和治療,甚至有可能帶來(lái)醫(yī)療隱患,并將進(jìn)一步影響醫(yī)院的正常診療。因此,醫(yī)學(xué)裝備部門(mén)要更加重視平時(shí)的維護(hù)保障管理。做好大型醫(yī)學(xué)裝備的技術(shù)管理,一方面可以開(kāi)源節(jié)流,符合節(jié)能型社會(huì)概念,一方面也符合國(guó)家健康中國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略對(duì)醫(yī)療安全提供的技術(shù)保障需求,大型醫(yī)學(xué)裝備機(jī)房電力系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)為醫(yī)院業(yè)務(wù)流程正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)提供了重要的技術(shù)支撐。本文針對(duì)大型醫(yī)學(xué)裝備供電電源電壓現(xiàn)狀,從現(xiàn)階段國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)電源電壓監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),討論了相關(guān)技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和技術(shù)手段,提出需要研制一套大型醫(yī)學(xué)裝備電源電壓遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),主要包括電源電壓監(jiān)測(cè)儀硬件器件的選擇、電路的搭建、軟件的設(shè)計(jì)、最終實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果測(cè)試等幾個(gè)方面。該遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)電壓管理系統(tǒng),以高性能單片機(jī)處理系統(tǒng)為核心,設(shè)計(jì)電壓監(jiān)測(cè)儀,利用電壓互感器,在醫(yī)學(xué)裝備端對(duì)市電進(jìn)行取樣,并進(jìn)行模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換與數(shù)據(jù)分析,在遇到電源電壓異常時(shí),能及時(shí)發(fā)送報(bào)警信息。此外,系統(tǒng)充分利用醫(yī)院已經(jīng)建成的內(nèi)部局域網(wǎng),對(duì)分散在院內(nèi)多處的供電端電壓監(jiān)測(cè)儀,獲取其采集來(lái)的電壓數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過(guò)處理,以實(shí)時(shí)圖表等形式顯示出來(lái),構(gòu)建一整套電源電壓狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)、顯示、查詢、分析和故障自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)。在電源電壓出現(xiàn)異常時(shí),利用移動(dòng)通信GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)發(fā)送手機(jī)短信報(bào)警,提醒有關(guān)人員及時(shí)處理,使得供電故障能夠在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)予以排除,從而有效保障大型醫(yī)療裝備的正常工作。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)Υ笮歪t(yī)學(xué)裝備端電源電壓進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),能夠捕獲故障發(fā)生時(shí)的狀態(tài),方便后續(xù)進(jìn)行故障分析,從而為大型醫(yī)療裝備的供電可靠性、故障及時(shí)排查提供技術(shù)保障,具有較高的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the new round of medical reform, hospital operation is bound to save energy and reduce consumption. The operation quality of power system in large medical equipment room is not only related to the property safety of related medical equipment, but also directly related to the life safety of diagnosis and treatment object. Poor power quality will significantly decrease the safety operation quality index of medical equipment, and the failure rate of medical equipment will also increase significantly. Once large medical equipment fails, on the one hand, the maintenance costs are high. On the other hand, it will affect the diagnosis and treatment of patients, and may even bring medical hidden trouble, and will further affect the normal diagnosis and treatment of hospitals. Therefore, the medical equipment department should pay more attention to the maintenance and support management in peacetime. To do a good job in the technical management of large-scale medical equipment, on the one hand, we can increase revenue and reduce expenditure, which is in line with the concept of a energy-efficient society, and on the other hand, it can also meet the needs of the national strategy of healthy China for providing technical support for medical safety. The remote monitoring system of power system of large medical equipment room provides important technical support for normal operation of hospital business process. According to the current situation of power supply voltage in large-scale medical equipment and the current situation of power supply voltage monitoring technology at home and abroad, the development trend and technical means of related technologies are discussed in this paper. It is necessary to develop a set of remote monitoring system for power supply voltage of medical equipment, which includes the selection of hardware device, the construction of circuit, the design of software, the test of final experimental results, and so on. The remote monitoring voltage management system is based on the high performance single-chip computer processing system. The voltage monitor is designed. The voltage transformer is used to sample the electric power at the end of the medical equipment, and the analog-to-digital conversion and data analysis are carried out. Can send alarm message in time when the power supply voltage is abnormal. In addition, the system makes full use of the internal local area network that has been built in the hospital to obtain the voltage data collected by the power supply terminal voltage monitor scattered in many places in the hospital and display it in the form of real-time charts and other forms. Build a set of power voltage condition monitoring, display, query, analysis and automatic fault alarm system. When the power supply voltage is abnormal, the mobile communication GPRS network platform is used to send the mobile phone short message alarm to remind the relevant personnel to deal with it in time, so that the power supply failure can be eliminated in the shortest time. Thus effectively guarantee the normal work of large-scale medical equipment. The experimental results show that the system can monitor the power supply voltage of the large medical equipment in real time, capture the status of the fault, facilitate the subsequent fault analysis, and provide power supply reliability for the large medical equipment. Timely troubleshooting provides technical support and has high engineering application value.
