【摘要】：結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)首個(gè)船舶智能制造試點(diǎn)示范項(xiàng)目,對(duì)機(jī)器人生產(chǎn)線如小組立機(jī)器人焊接生產(chǎn)線等的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行梳理分析,包括工藝流程及布置、生產(chǎn)模式對(duì)比改進(jìn)、提質(zhì)增效和人員減配等,為船舶智能制造發(fā)展建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Combined with the first pilot demonstration project of intelligent shipbuilding in China, the application of robot production line, such as group robot welding production line, is combed and analyzed, including the process flow and layout, and the comparative improvement of production mode. Improving quality and increasing efficiency and personnel reduction and so on, provides the reference for the development and construction of ship intelligent manufacturing.
