【摘要】：龍灘水電廠7號(hào)機(jī)組在調(diào)速器改造后進(jìn)行了甩負(fù)荷試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)后發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)子大部分磁極發(fā)生移位。對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子磁極位移的原因進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要分析,制定了相應(yīng)的修復(fù)方案,探討了相關(guān)處理工藝,并對(duì)機(jī)組的運(yùn)行維護(hù)提出了合理化建議。
[Abstract]:The load rejection test of No. 7 unit in Longtan Hydropower Plant was carried out after the governor revamping. After the test, it was found that most of the magnetic poles of the rotor of the unit were shifted. This paper briefly analyzes the causes of rotor magnetic pole displacement, formulates the corresponding repair scheme, probes into the related treatment technology, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the operation and maintenance of the unit.
