不同類型酸作用下構造煤表面性的變化機理

【摘要】:以沁水盆地中南部霍爾辛赫井田的不同煤體結構煤為研究對象,用鹽酸(HCl)、醋酸(HAc)和氫氟酸(HF)對煤樣進行酸化處理,并運用低溫灰化和X射線衍射等方法,對酸改造前后煤樣的質量變化率、煤-水接觸角和表面張力進行測試計算分析.研究表明:鹽酸和醋酸作用后煤樣的質量變化率在0.1%左右,而氫氟酸作用后煤樣的質量變化率卻高達7%;不同酸的作用對象不同,氫氟酸可與煤中大部分無機礦物質發(fā)生反應,效果最為顯著;鹽酸酸化后,煤-水接觸角由59.75°減小為33.25°,表面張力由54.42mJ/m~2增至66.45mJ/m~2,含水性增強;而醋酸和氫氟酸酸化后,煤-水接觸角由59.75°分別增至85.00°和84.50°,表面張力由54.42 mJ/m~2分別減至39.34mJ/m~2和39.65mJ/m~2,疏水性增強;煤樣經酸化處理后,煤-水接觸角和表面張力變化明顯.
[Abstract]:The coal with different coal structure in the central and southern part of Qinshui Basin was studied. The coal samples were acidified with (HCl), acetic acid (HAc) and hydrofluoric acid (HF), and the methods of low temperature ashing and X-ray diffraction were used. The quality change rate, coal-water contact angle and surface tension of coal samples before and after acid modification were measured and analyzed. The results show that the mass change rate of coal sample is about 0.1% after the action of hydrochloric acid and acetic acid, but the change rate of coal sample after hydrofluoric acid is as high as 7%. Hydrofluoric acid can react with most inorganic minerals in coal, and the effect is most remarkable. After hydrochloric acid acidification, the coal-water contact angle decreased from 59.75 擄to 33.25 擄, the surface tension increased from 54.42mJ/m~2 to 66.45mJ / mm2, and the water content increased. However, after acidification of acetic acid and hydrofluoric acid, the contact angle between coal and water increased from 59.75 擄to 85.00 擄and 84.50 擄, and the surface tension decreased from 54.42 mJ/m~2 to 39.34mJ/m~2 and 39.65mJ / m-2, respectively, and the hydrophobicity increased. After acidizing treatment, coal-water contact angle and surface tension change obviously.
