【摘要】：石油工業(yè)是我國國民經濟的支柱產業(yè),它的發(fā)展直接影響著我國經濟的未來。21世紀以來,隨著我國經濟的快速發(fā)展以及我國加入WT0,我國國民經濟進入了一個新的時代。經濟全球化、一體化給我國企業(yè)帶來新的機遇的同時也帶來了巨大的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。同國外石化企業(yè)相比,我國企業(yè)在技術和計劃管理方面都相對落后。為了提高我國石化企業(yè)的國際競爭力,就必須提高生產計劃管理方面的不足。論文針對目前我國石化企業(yè)生產計劃的特點進行了建模與優(yōu)化研究。論文首先總結了目前我國石化行業(yè)的特點,以及在生產計劃編制方面存在的問題。介紹了目前國內外生產計劃編制的現(xiàn)狀,以及石化行業(yè)生產計劃相關的專業(yè)知識和概念,為論文對石化企業(yè)生產計劃系統(tǒng)的建模和優(yōu)化研究奠定了基礎。然后,針對傳統(tǒng)生產計劃編制中對裝置產品收率處理方式的不足,對裝置進行了產品收率建模。在分析了影響裝置產品收率的因素的基礎上,應用BP神經網絡方法對常減壓裝置和催化裂化裝置進行了建模。另外,研究了石化企業(yè)生產加工流程的特點,并應用線性規(guī)劃技術建立了以企業(yè)利潤最大為目標的LP優(yōu)化模型,為后面生產計劃排產優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化模塊奠定基礎。最后,論文基于常減壓裝置產品收率模型和生產計劃LP優(yōu)化模型,以Z石化企業(yè)為研究對象,設計并實現(xiàn)了生產計劃排產優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)。分別對系統(tǒng)設計目的、系統(tǒng)結構、數據庫設計以及各模塊的功能界面設計做了詳細介紹。并針對Z石化企業(yè)某月份的原油采購計劃,應用該系統(tǒng)做了生產計劃編制與優(yōu)化,得到了預期的結果,驗證了該系統(tǒng)的實用性。
[Abstract]:Petroleum industry is the pillar industry of our national economy, and its development directly affects the future of our economy. Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of China's economy and China's entry into WT0, our national economy has entered a new era. Economic globalization and integration bring new opportunities to Chinese enterprises, but also great pressure and challenges. Compared with foreign petrochemical enterprises, Chinese enterprises are relatively backward in technology and planning management. In order to improve the international competitiveness of petrochemical enterprises in our country, we must improve the shortage of production planning management. According to the characteristics of production planning of petrochemical enterprises in China, the modeling and optimization are studied in this paper. Firstly, the paper summarizes the characteristics of petrochemical industry and the problems in production planning. This paper introduces the present situation of production planning at home and abroad as well as the professional knowledge and concepts related to production planning in petrochemical industry, which lays a foundation for the modeling and optimization of production planning system in petrochemical enterprises. Then, aiming at the shortage of the traditional production plan, the product yield model is built. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the product yield of the unit, the BP neural network method was used to model the atmospheric and vacuum units and catalytic cracking units. In addition, the characteristics of the production and processing process in petrochemical enterprises are studied, and the LP optimization model aiming at the maximum profit of the enterprise is established by using linear programming technology, which lays the foundation for the optimization module of the following production planning and scheduling system. Finally, based on the product yield model of atmospheric and vacuum unit and the LP optimization model of production planning, a production scheduling optimization system is designed and implemented with Z petrochemical enterprise as the research object. The purpose of system design, system structure, database design and functional interface design of each module are introduced in detail. According to the crude oil purchase plan of Z petrochemical enterprise in a certain month, the system is used to compile and optimize the production plan, and the expected results are obtained, and the practicability of the system is verified.
