【摘要】：作為城市建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之一,城市天然氣項(xiàng)目是城市能源供應(yīng)的一個(gè)重要組成部分。發(fā)展城市天然氣項(xiàng)目意義重大,可以減少大氣污染、保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境、節(jié)約能源、提高人民生活質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)全社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。隨著B(niǎo)K城區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及對(duì)環(huán)保要求的日益提高,對(duì)清潔能源的需求日益迫切。為保證BK城區(qū)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境上的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,保護(hù)現(xiàn)有環(huán)境資源,走可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路,天然氣的大規(guī)模引進(jìn)與利用已勢(shì)在必行�？尚行匝芯渴琼�(xiàng)目單位對(duì)投資進(jìn)行科學(xué)決策的重要依據(jù)同時(shí)也是項(xiàng)目投資前期最重要的工作。該研究從項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、工程技術(shù)等各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析、論證,并提出結(jié)論性意見(jiàn)�？尚行匝芯康慕Y(jié)果對(duì)于項(xiàng)目單位和項(xiàng)目施工方都是十分重要的,因?yàn)樗�可以作為�?xiàng)目商務(wù)談判的依據(jù),同時(shí)可以減少或避免投資項(xiàng)目決策失誤,提高投資效率。本文運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目可行性論證的理論與方法,在對(duì)該BK城區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)、市場(chǎng)、環(huán)境等因素進(jìn)行全面調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,將定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合,分析研究了項(xiàng)目可行性的相關(guān)因素。文章最后對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的可行性提出了相關(guān)結(jié)論,為項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的必要性、實(shí)施可能性、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性、技術(shù)可行性提出了研究論證。
[Abstract]:As one of the infrastructure of urban construction, urban natural gas project is an important part of urban energy supply. The development of urban natural gas project is of great significance, which can reduce air pollution, protect the ecological environment, save energy, improve the quality of life of the people and promote the development of the whole society and economy. With the development of BK urban economy and the increasing requirement of environmental protection, the demand for clean energy is becoming more and more urgent. In order to ensure the coordinated development of economy and environment in BK urban area, to protect the existing environmental resources and to take the road of sustainable development, it is imperative to introduce and utilize natural gas on a large scale. Feasibility study is not only an important basis for project units to make scientific decisions on investment, but also the most important work in the early stage of project investment. The research analyzes, demonstrates and concludes the market, economy, engineering and technology of the project. The result of the feasibility study is very important for the project unit and the project constructor, because it can be used as the basis of the project business negotiation, at the same time, it can reduce or avoid the mistake of investment project decision, and improve the investment efficiency. This paper applies the theory and method of project feasibility demonstration, on the basis of a comprehensive investigation of the economic, market and environmental factors of the BK urban area, combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and analyzes and studies the relevant factors of project feasibility. Finally, the paper puts forward the relevant conclusions on the feasibility of the project, and puts forward the research and demonstration for the necessity, the possibility of implementation, the economic rationality and the technical feasibility of the project construction.
