涪陵深層頁(yè)巖氣開(kāi)發(fā)裝備配套方案與建議

【摘要】:文章對(duì)目前涪陵頁(yè)巖氣開(kāi)發(fā)示范區(qū)的建設(shè)情況和裝備技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)做了概述,著重闡述了在二期產(chǎn)能建設(shè)階段,深層頁(yè)巖氣開(kāi)發(fā)的工況特點(diǎn)及裝備工具的配置方案;鉆井工程方面,自動(dòng)化程度更高的鉆機(jī)及與之配合的泡沫固井技術(shù),更適應(yīng)深層頁(yè)巖氣開(kāi)發(fā);作業(yè)工程方面,連續(xù)管作業(yè)在頁(yè)巖氣開(kāi)發(fā)施工中將發(fā)揮更為重要的作用,脈沖混砂等更為精細(xì)化的作業(yè)裝備技術(shù)成為主流;鉆完井工具更加適應(yīng)深層頁(yè)巖氣高研磨性地層,長(zhǎng)水平段防卡降阻工具作用明顯。文章針對(duì)深層頁(yè)巖氣開(kāi)發(fā)的主要裝備工具,從技術(shù)升級(jí)和關(guān)鍵研發(fā)兩個(gè)層面提出方案建議,并提出了采氣后期的增產(chǎn)技術(shù)裝備方案。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the construction situation and equipment technology foundation of Fuling shale gas development demonstration area are summarized, with emphasis on the characteristics of deep shale gas development in the second stage of production capacity construction and the configuration of equipment tools. In drilling engineering, drilling rigs with higher degree of automation and foam cementing technology with them are more suitable for deep shale gas development. In operational engineering, continuous pipe operation will play a more important role in shale gas development and construction, and more refined equipment technology, such as pulse sand mixing, will become the mainstream. The drilling and completion tools are more suitable for the deep shale gas with high abrasive formation. Aiming at the main equipment tools of deep shale gas development, this paper puts forward the proposal from two aspects of technology upgrading and key research and development, and puts forward the technical equipment scheme of increasing production in the later stage of gas production.
