LTAG技術(shù)對(duì)蠟油加氫裝置的影響及分析

【摘要】:中國石化洛陽分公司采用中國石化石油化工科學(xué)研究院開發(fā)的LTAG技術(shù),在蠟油加氫裝置和Ⅰ套催化裂化裝置中進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用。結(jié)果表明:通過優(yōu)化蠟油加氫裝置分餾運(yùn)行模式,使加氫柴油抽出量在25t/h左右,比設(shè)計(jì)值4.4t/h提高約21.6t/h,石腦油終餾點(diǎn)控制在155~175℃,能耗也控制在250 MJ/t左右;催化裂化汽油收率上升了5.86百分點(diǎn),柴油收率下降了4.92百分點(diǎn);柴汽比降至0.78,比投用前降低0.3個(gè)單位,說明該技術(shù)對(duì)降低柴汽比有顯著的效果。
[Abstract]:The LTAG technology developed by Sinopec Institute of Petrochemical Sciences was adopted in Luoyang Branch of Sinopec. It was applied to the waxy oil hydrogenation unit and the first set of catalytic cracking unit. The results show that by optimizing the operation mode of fractionation of waxy oil hydrogenation unit, the extraction amount of hydrogenated diesel oil is about 25t/h, which is about 21.6 t / h higher than the design value 4.4t/h, and the final distillation point of naphtha is controlled at 155 ~ 175 鈩,
