【摘要】：TLP平臺張力腿安裝方法有豎直安裝和水平安裝。以一TLP平臺張力腿為例,基于張力腿水平濕拖安裝方法,采用OrcaFlex軟件建立扶正分析模型,數(shù)值模擬了張力腿現(xiàn)場扶正過程,研究分析了張力腿在不同海洋環(huán)境和吊機纜繩釋放速度等參數(shù)下的動力響應,并在此基礎上進行了集束扶正分析,根據(jù)安裝接受標準確定了合適的扶正作業(yè)天氣窗口。模擬分析結果表明:在扶正過程中,浪向/流向、波高、流速對張力腿應力影響顯著;吊機纜繩張力對浪向/流向、流速敏感;吊機纜繩釋放速度對張力腿應力和吊機纜繩張力影響微弱。
[Abstract]:TLP platform tension leg installation methods have vertical installation and horizontal installation. Taking a tension leg of TLP platform as an example, based on the installation method of horizontal wet towing of tension leg, the model of straightening analysis is established by using OrcaFlex software, and the field correction process of tension leg is numerically simulated. The dynamic response of tension leg under different parameters such as ocean environment and cable release speed of crane is studied and analyzed. Based on the analysis, the suitable weather window is determined according to the installation acceptance standard. The simulation results show that the wave direction / direction, wave height and velocity of velocity have a significant effect on the stress of the tension leg in the process of leveling, while the cable tension of the crane is sensitive to the wave direction / direction and the velocity of velocity. The release speed of crane cable has little effect on tension leg stress and cable tension.
