隨鉆中子密度測井儀測試系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:將核技術(shù)應(yīng)用于井中測量,能夠獲取地層巖石及其孔隙流體的核物理特性,分析井的地質(zhì)剖面。隨鉆中子密度測井儀是核測井領(lǐng)域重要的測井儀器,能夠在石油鉆井過程中獲取地層的孔隙度值、密度值、PE值等重要的參數(shù),對后期油藏儲量的判斷以及地層成像有著非常重要的意義。隨鉆中子密度測井儀具有采集控制方式復(fù)雜、工作模式多、原始能譜數(shù)據(jù)量大等特點(diǎn),能夠在高溫、高壓、高振動的環(huán)境下在井中完成數(shù)據(jù)采集及存儲。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)儀器開發(fā)過程中上位機(jī)對測井儀井下功能模塊的程序調(diào)試和在線升級,以及測井應(yīng)用中的隨鉆數(shù)據(jù)上載,需要研制一個(gè)與隨鉆中子密度測井儀配套的測試系統(tǒng),為其開發(fā)和測試提供有力的支持。通過對隨鉆中子密度測井儀功能的分析,本文設(shè)計(jì)了以“ARM+FPGA”為核心,以嵌入式軟件為平臺,輔之以配套的上位機(jī)控制軟件的隨鉆中子密度測井儀測試系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)既可滿足隨鉆儀器研制時(shí)的調(diào)試需求,又可用于隨鉆儀器的實(shí)際測井過程。本文根據(jù)測試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和要求,分析研究了隨鉆中子密度測井儀測試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)總體框架設(shè)計(jì)。前端測試裝置是實(shí)現(xiàn)通信協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換的核心,論文對其硬件設(shè)計(jì)、軟件設(shè)計(jì)及FPGA邏輯設(shè)計(jì)作了詳細(xì)論述,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Lw IP的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信和基于CDC協(xié)議的USB通信,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了1553總線和RS485總線通信。地面測試軟件是控制隨鉆儀器的重要平臺,論文以LabWindows/CVI為地面測試軟件的開發(fā)環(huán)境,利用CVI的TCP函數(shù)庫、RS-232函數(shù)庫分別設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信、串口通信,還對地面測試軟件的波形顯示、數(shù)據(jù)下載以及在線升級等功能作了重點(diǎn)介紹。本文最后給出了測試系統(tǒng)的單板測試和系統(tǒng)聯(lián)調(diào)的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試表明系統(tǒng)能夠配合隨鉆儀器完成各項(xiàng)測試,功能指標(biāo)能夠滿足項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:The nuclear physical properties of formation rock and pore fluid can be obtained and the geological profile of well can be analyzed by applying nuclear technology to in-well measurement. Neutron density logging tool while drilling is an important tool in nuclear logging field. It can obtain the porosity value, density value, PE value and other important parameters in oil drilling. It is very important to judge the reservoir reserves and the formation imaging. The neutron density logging tool while drilling has the characteristics of complex acquisition control mode, more working mode and large original energy spectrum data. It can complete data acquisition and storage in wells under the conditions of high temperature, high pressure and high vibration. In order to realize the program debugging and on-line upgrading of downhole function module of logging tool by upper computer in the process of instrument development, and to upload the data while drilling in logging application, we need to develop a test system matching with the neutron density logging tool while drilling. Provide strong support for its development and testing. Based on the analysis of the function of the neutron density logging tool while drilling, a testing system of the neutron density logging tool while drilling is designed based on "ARM FPGA" as the core, with embedded software as the platform, and with the supporting host computer control software. The system can not only meet the needs of the development of drilling tools, but also can be used in the actual logging process of drilling tools. According to the design objectives and requirements of the test system, this paper analyzes and studies the design method of the testing system of the neutron density logging tool while drilling, and designs the overall framework of the system. The front-end test device is the core of realizing the communication protocol conversion. The hardware design, software design and FPGA logic design are discussed in detail. The network communication based on Lw IP and the USB communication based on CDC protocol are realized. The communication between 1553 bus and RS485 bus is realized. The ground test software is an important platform to control the instrument while drilling. The paper uses LabWindows/CVI as the development environment of the ground test software, and designs and realizes the network communication and serial communication using TCP function library of CVI and RS-232 function library respectively. The functions of waveform display, data download and online upgrade of ground test software are also introduced. In the end, the test results of single board test and system adjustment are given. The laboratory tests show that the system can complete the tests with the instrument while drilling, and the function index can meet the design requirements of the project.
