水包水型疏水締合聚丙烯酰胺增稠劑的合成及在壓裂中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸和芥酸酰胺羥丙基磺基甜菜堿為原料,采用水分散聚合方式合成出水包水型疏水締合聚丙烯酰胺增稠劑,通過FTIR和TG對增稠劑的結(jié)構(gòu)及熱解質(zhì)量進行了測試。分析了OWPAM乳液增稠劑的基本性能及水溶液的微觀和宏觀性能,結(jié)果表明,在單體芥酸CAB用量為4.0%時,乳液的產(chǎn)率、平均粒徑、表觀黏度和穩(wěn)定性達到最優(yōu),黏均分子量為2.43×10~6g/mol;OWPAM乳液的臨界膠束締合濃度(CAC)值為0.32%,當濃度大于CAC值后水溶液體系內(nèi)的締合形式以分子間締合為主,OWPAM乳液在0.1%、流速10m/s時減阻率為72%。助黏劑TR-1質(zhì)量分數(shù)為1.0%時可將0.5%水溶液黏度增加至160mPa·s,復(fù)配成的壓裂液具有較好耐溫耐剪切性、黏彈性和懸砂性,在APS質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.05%時,測試時間為2h壓裂液可以完全破膠,能夠達到壓裂液的使用標準。
[Abstract]:Hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide thickener was synthesized from acrylamide, 2-acrylamide 2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and erucide-aminohydroxypropyl sulfobetaine by water dispersion polymerization. The structure and pyrolysis quality of thickener were tested by FTIR and TG. The basic properties of OWPAM emulsion thickener and the microcosmic and macroscopic properties of aqueous solution were analyzed. The results showed that the emulsion yield, average particle size, apparent viscosity and stability were optimal when the amount of erucic acid CAB was 4.0. The viscosity average molecular weight is 2.43 脳 10 ~ (-1) g / mol; The critical micelle association concentration (CAC) of OWPAM emulsion is 0.32. When the concentration is higher than CAC value, the main form of association in aqueous solution is intermolecular association. The OWPAM emulsion is 0.1 and the drag reduction rate is 72 when the flow rate of 10m/s is 10m/s. The viscosity of 0.5% aqueous solution can be increased to 160mPa s when the mass fraction of TR-1 is 1.0. The composite fracturing fluid has good temperature and shear resistance, viscoelasticity and suspending sand. When the mass fraction of APS is 0.05, The test time is 2 h, the fracturing fluid can break completely, and it can reach the standard of fracturing fluid.
