有機(jī)—無(wú)機(jī)雜化改性環(huán)氧樹脂涂料的制備及其在采出水中的性能

【摘要】:油田采出水是石油開采中的副產(chǎn)物,因其成分復(fù)雜,產(chǎn)量大,具有高溫,高礦化度,低pH值等特點(diǎn),是油田防腐的研究重點(diǎn)。環(huán)氧樹脂類涂料是重要的有機(jī)涂料之一,但其韌性及耐高溫性能不佳,對(duì)C1-的屏蔽作用較小,影響了其在油田采出水中的應(yīng)用。針對(duì)這個(gè)情況,本論文研制一種有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化硅材料改性環(huán)氧樹脂涂料,使其具有有機(jī)材料和無(wú)機(jī)材料的共同優(yōu)點(diǎn),為油田采出水環(huán)境提供一種新的防腐蝕涂料,并通過研究涂料的物理性能、耐熱性、耐化學(xué)品性能及在油田采出水中耐腐蝕性,得到改性涂料在油田采出水中的防腐蝕機(jī)理。 用溶膠-凝膠法制備有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化硅溶膠作為環(huán)氧樹脂涂料改性劑。通過單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)和正交實(shí)驗(yàn)確定了有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化硅溶膠的最佳合成條件和最佳配比:KH-560(20mL)、 TEOS(10mL)、異丙醇(20mL)、去離子水(2.1mL)、pH值為10,去離子水和異丙醇混合液滴加速率為0.5mL/min,常溫水解2h,70℃縮聚6h。此條件下合成的有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化硅溶膠在常溫下的凝膠時(shí)間達(dá)到50d,且其固含量達(dá)到37%。 制備了空白環(huán)氧樹脂清漆和9種有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化硅改性環(huán)氧樹脂清漆,通過單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)確定了環(huán)氧樹脂清漆的固化劑用量和混合溶劑用量,研究了改性劑對(duì)固化時(shí)間和固化度的影響。對(duì)清漆的物理性能,耐化學(xué)品性能,熱穩(wěn)定性能,耐熱水性能及在模擬油田采出水中的耐腐蝕性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明:有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化硅溶膠與環(huán)氧樹脂質(zhì)量比為5:4時(shí)各項(xiàng)性能最佳,得到的雜化改性環(huán)氧樹脂清漆的附著力為1級(jí)、硬度為0.993,抗沖擊強(qiáng)度為40kg·cm兩次分解溫度分別達(dá)到200℃和400℃;耐化學(xué)品性能和耐熱水性能相比純環(huán)氧樹脂涂料有較大提高;EIS測(cè)試得到在40℃模擬油田采出水中浸泡1d,7d的涂層電阻分別達(dá)到107Ω/cm2和104Ω/cm2,比空白環(huán)氧樹脂涂料高出兩個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)。 制各了有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化改性環(huán)氧樹脂色漆。對(duì)其物理性能,耐化學(xué)品性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試。通過EIS測(cè)試,高溫高壓釜實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了色漆在模擬油田采出水中的性能。結(jié)果表明:有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化改性環(huán)氧樹脂色漆抗沖擊強(qiáng)度達(dá)到45cm-kg、優(yōu)于清漆;耐化學(xué)品性能較清漆好,在10%HCl溶液和10%NaOH溶液中浸泡7d無(wú)變化;EIS測(cè)試得到,在40℃,50℃和60℃下,隨著浸泡時(shí)間增加,涂層電阻減小,50℃下涂層電阻減小最慢,耐腐蝕性能最好;3個(gè)溫度下浸泡14d時(shí)色漆才出現(xiàn)Warburg阻抗,涂層電阻仍能達(dá)到105-106Ω/cm2,比清漆在相同溫度下浸泡7d的涂層電阻大;色漆在P(CO2)=2MPa, T=100℃高溫高壓釜浸泡48h后,表而無(wú)起泡,無(wú)脫落現(xiàn)象,SEM和EDS分析得到其表面僅有少量針孔出現(xiàn),說明在此環(huán)境下耐腐蝕性能良好。
[Abstract]:Oilfield produced water is a by-product in petroleum exploitation. Because of its complex composition, large output, high temperature, high salinity and low pH value, it is the focus of research on oil field anticorrosion. Epoxy resin coating is one of the important organic coatings, but its toughness and high temperature resistance are not good, and the shielding effect of C1- is small, which affects its application in oilfield produced water. In this paper, an organic-inorganic hybrid silicon modified epoxy resin coating is developed, which has the common advantages of organic and inorganic materials, and provides a new anticorrosive coating for oilfield produced water environment. By studying the physical properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance of the modified coatings in oilfield produced water, the corrosion resistance mechanism of the modified coatings in oilfield produced water was obtained. Organic-inorganic hybrid silica sol was prepared by sol-gel method as epoxy resin coating modifier. The optimum conditions and ratio of organic-inorganic hybrid silica sol were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment: KH-560 (20mL), TEOS (10mL), isopropanol (20mL), deionized water (2.1mL), pH = 10, acceleration rate of mixed droplet of deionized water and isopropanol was 0.5 mL / min).
