改性蒙脫土催化油酸甲酯化的研究

【摘要】:采用浸漬法制備了改性對甲苯磺酸-蒙脫土固體酸催化劑,并將其應用于油酸與甲醇酯化制備油酸甲酯的反應體系中。通過對改性固體酸催化劑進行粉末衍射(XRD)、傅里葉紅外光譜(FT-IR)、掃描電鏡(SEM)等表征技術(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn),制備得到的改性固體酸為分散的小塊片狀結(jié)構(gòu),比表面積得到增加。此外,考察了催化劑用量、油酸與甲醇物質(zhì)的量之比、反應溫度及時間等因素對油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響。數(shù)據(jù)顯示:在催化劑用量0.25 g、油酸與甲醇物質(zhì)的量之比1∶10、反應溫度70℃、反應時間3 h的條件下,油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率為65.6%,且該催化劑適用于其它一些游離脂肪酸酯化及非糧油料預酯化反應。
[Abstract]:The modified p-toluenesulfonic acid-montmorillonite solid acid catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and was applied to the esterification of oleic acid with methanol to prepare methyl oleate. The modified solid acid catalyst was characterized by powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In addition, the effects of the amount of catalyst, the ratio of oleic acid to methanol, the reaction temperature and time on the conversion of oleic acid were investigated.
