新型抗高溫就地聚合凝膠體系研制與性能評價

【摘要】:本文以高溫高鹽油藏為研究對象,開展相應(yīng)堵水技術(shù)的研究,主要完成了以下內(nèi)容并取得了相應(yīng)的成果,克服了組分較多、成膠時間太短及穩(wěn)定性較差等缺陷。 (1)根據(jù)高溫高鹽油藏的特點與要求,研制出了一種組分少、易泵入、成膠時間可調(diào)、成膠強(qiáng)度高、封堵能力強(qiáng)、耐溫耐鹽和耐沖刷的就地聚合凝膠堵水劑,并確定了堵水劑體系的最佳組成。 (2)通過對堵水劑進(jìn)行室內(nèi)靜態(tài)評價,確定了堵水劑適應(yīng)的pH值范圍,并考察了溫度及礦化度對堵水劑成膠性能的影響。①堵水劑體系在pH值5.0-9.0之間強(qiáng)度和長期穩(wěn)定性都較好;②堵水劑體系在礦化度為25×104mg/L模擬地層水中,90天內(nèi)能夠保持較高強(qiáng)度;③堵水劑體系在高溫120℃條件下,具有良好的長期熱穩(wěn)定性,90d后強(qiáng)度依然很高。 (3)進(jìn)行了巖心物理模擬實驗。①單巖心流動實驗結(jié)果表明,堵水劑具有良好的注入性,對不同滲透率地層都具有較強(qiáng)的封堵能力,封堵率均大于98%;②封堵后的巖心經(jīng)過30PV注入水沖刷后,巖心的封堵率減小幅度不大,封堵率仍大于97%,具有良好的耐沖刷能力;③雙并聯(lián)巖心實驗結(jié)果表明,堵水劑具有良好的選擇封堵性,能優(yōu)先進(jìn)入高滲層,對高滲層的封堵率大于98%。 本文的研究成果為高溫高鹽油藏的堵水提供了理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)儲備,具有一定指導(dǎo)意義和實際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the research on high temperature and high salt reservoir is used to carry out the research of water plugging technology. The following contents are completed and the corresponding results have been achieved, which overcomes the defects of more components, short gelation time and poor stability.
(1) according to the characteristics and requirements of high temperature and high salt reservoir, a kind of local polymerizing gel plugging agent with low composition, easy pumping, adjustable glue time, high adhesive strength, strong plugging ability, temperature resistance, salt resistance and erosion resistance is developed, and the best composition of the water plugging agent system is determined.
(2) through the static evaluation of water plugging agent, the pH value range of water plugging agent was determined and the effect of temperature and salinity on the properties of plugging agent was investigated. (1) the water plugging agent system was better between the pH value 5.0-9.0 and the long-term stability; 2. The water plugging agent system was in the 25 x 104mg/L simulated formation water and 90 days internal energy. The water plugging agent system has good long-term thermal stability at high temperature of 120 C, and its strength is still very high after 90d.
(3) the core physical simulation experiment was carried out. (1) the experimental results of single core flow show that the plugging agent has good injectivity and has strong blocking ability to different permeability formations, and the blocking rate is more than 98%. After the core has been washed by 30PV injecting water, the blocking rate of core is less than 97%, and the blocking rate is still greater than 97%. The results of double parallel core test show that the water plugging agent has good selection and plugging ability, and it can enter high permeability layer with high permeability, and the sealing rate of high permeability layer is greater than 98%.
The research results in this paper provide theoretical basis and technical reserve for water plugging in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs, which has certain guiding significance and practical application value.
