S區(qū)塊三元復合驅油機理及應用研究

【摘要】:S區(qū)塊油藏厚度較大,其中的厚油層主要是由各種河流砂體相互疊置形成,這些河流砂體成因較多,主要的形成類型由彎曲分流河道砂、辮狀河砂體、低彎曲分流河道砂組成。在S區(qū)塊中這些形成類型占比較大,而且油層的厚度和連續(xù)性等形成形式多樣化,嚴重的影響了S區(qū)塊油藏開發(fā)。在S區(qū)塊油藏的開發(fā)過程中,在油藏含水較高的情況下,油層的剩余油含量較大,依舊具有較大的開發(fā)和挖掘潛力。本文主要針對S區(qū)塊油藏為研究對象,首先進行了三元復合驅機理的研究,其次對各個驅油體系進行分析,并對驅油體系的影響因素進行分析,然后通過堿表活劑疏水締合聚合物流體流變性、粘度、界面張力、剪切性能等進行討論,探討了各個藥劑體系在驅油體系中的協(xié)同效應,其次,對S區(qū)塊三元復合驅體系的界面張力進行分析和研究;谑覂葞r心驅替實驗模型,開展了S區(qū)塊三元復合驅體系的驅油實驗研究,對S區(qū)塊三元復合驅體系驅油過程中的影響因素進行分析和研究,分別對S區(qū)塊三元復合驅體系的界面性能、滲透率、潤濕性等影響驅油效率因素進行分析,最后以S區(qū)塊三元復合驅現(xiàn)場施工為例進行分析,對S區(qū)塊三元復合驅體系開發(fā)效果及潛力進行分析,針對開發(fā)效果對施工方案進行優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:The thick reservoir in S block is mainly formed by superposition of various river sand bodies. The main formation types of these river sandbodies are curved distributary channel sand, braided river sand body and low bend distributary channel sand. In the S block, these formation types are relatively large, and the formation forms such as the thickness and continuity of the reservoir are diversified, which seriously affects the development of the oil reservoir in the S block. In the development process of S block oil reservoir, the remaining oil content of oil layer is large, and it still has great potential of exploitation and mining under the condition of high water cut in the reservoir. In this paper, the main research object is S block reservoir. Firstly, the mechanism of ASP flooding is studied. Secondly, each flooding system is analyzed, and the influencing factors of flooding system are analyzed. Then, through the discussion of rheology, viscosity, interfacial tension and shear property of hydrophobically associating polymer, the synergistic effect of each agent system in oil displacement system is discussed. The interfacial tension of ASP flooding system in S block is analyzed and studied. Based on the laboratory core displacement experimental model, the flooding experiment of ASP flooding system in S block is carried out. The influencing factors in the flooding process of ASP flooding system in S block are analyzed and studied. The factors affecting oil displacement efficiency, such as interface performance, permeability, wettability and so on, are analyzed respectively. Finally, the field operation of ASP flooding in S block is analyzed as an example. The development effect and potential of S block ASP flooding system are analyzed, and the construction scheme is optimized according to the development effect.
