【摘要】：膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)在渣油的組成中占很大的比重,其分子結(jié)構(gòu)以及單元結(jié)構(gòu)間的相互作用影響著渣油膠體穩(wěn)定性和加氫反應(yīng)過程。同時渣油體系的不穩(wěn)定性阻礙著加氫過程中轉(zhuǎn)化率的提高。鑒于膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)均為以溶解度和極性定義的復(fù)雜混合物,其組成和結(jié)構(gòu)極為復(fù)雜。目前,只是對膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)平均分子結(jié)構(gòu)和瀝青質(zhì)模型分子結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,還未有對膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)和配伍性的詳盡文獻。簡述了膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)互溶模型和C、CI、NCSI等參數(shù)公式來判斷體系的穩(wěn)定性。微觀結(jié)構(gòu)上分析了膠質(zhì)和瀝青質(zhì)對膠體穩(wěn)定性、兼容性和相關(guān)聯(lián)參數(shù)公式的影響;以及研究瀝青質(zhì)重組分在加氫過程中含量和結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì)的變化。
[Abstract]:Colloid and asphaltene account for a large proportion in the composition of residuum. The molecular structure and the interaction between unit structures affect the stability and hydrogenation process of residue colloid. At the same time, the instability of residue system hinders the increase of conversion during hydrogenation. In view of the fact that both resin and asphaltene are complex mixtures defined by solubility and polarity, their composition and structure are extremely complex. At present, only the average molecular structure of colloid and asphaltene and the molecular structure of asphaltene model have been studied, and there is no detailed literature on the structure and compatibility of colloid and asphaltene. The intersolubility model of colloid and asphaltene and the formula of CnCSI are briefly introduced to judge the stability of the system. The effects of colloid and asphaltene on colloid stability, compatibility and correlation parameter formula were analyzed, and the changes of content and structure properties of asphaltene recombination in hydrogenation process were studied.
