復(fù)合型CMV清潔壓裂液的研制與性能評價

【摘要】:為了得到成本低廉、性能優(yōu)異的清潔壓裂液,將季銨鹽陽離子表面活性劑CTAB與磺酸鹽陰離子表面活性劑MES進行復(fù)配,以KCl為黏土穩(wěn)定劑,配制了一種復(fù)合型CMV清潔壓裂液,確定了最佳配方并評價了該壓裂液耐溫抗剪切性、攜砂性及破膠性。研究結(jié)果表明:優(yōu)化配方2.5%~3.5%CTAB+2.0%MES+1.0%黏土穩(wěn)定劑KCl的復(fù)合型CMV清潔壓裂液對酸度不敏感,應(yīng)用范圍很廣。在低溫剪切下,體系表現(xiàn)出剪切增稠現(xiàn)象;分別在90℃、120℃下,持續(xù)剪切(剪切速率170 s~(-1))1 h后,CMV清潔壓裂液的表觀黏度分別為85和40 mPa·s,適合中溫儲層。CMV清潔壓裂液的攜砂能力優(yōu)于0.3%羥丙基胍膠壓裂液的,在溫度90℃、砂比為10%時,陶粒(20~40目)在前者中的沉降速率(0.634 mm/s)明顯低于在后者中的(0.9258 mm/s);在30℃下,不同體積比(1∶10~1∶5)的CMV清潔壓裂液與柴油混合體系均可在3 h內(nèi)自動破膠,破膠液的表面張力均小于28.0 mN/m,返排能力提高,對地層的傷害性少且原料成本遠低于很多現(xiàn)用的清潔壓裂液。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain clean fracturing fluid with low cost and excellent performance, a compound CMV clean fracturing fluid was prepared by mixing quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant CTAB with sulfonate anionic surfactant MES and KCl as clay stabilizer. The optimum formula was determined and the properties of temperature and shear resistance, sand carrying and gel breaking of the fracturing fluid were evaluated. The results show that the compound CMV clean fracturing fluid with optimized formulation of 2.5%~3.5%CTAB 2.0%MES 1.0% clay stabilizer KCl is insensitive to acidity and widely used.
